“I was so put off by all of these negative comments I thought it at least be best to email Kitbag before placing my order. I emailed in and they were polite and "guaranteed delivery by 29 March, no problem, it's definitely in stock and the order will be processed AND DISPATCHED within 3 days". Fantastic....BUT today I checked the order progress only to see that it's still "being processed". I genuinely believed it was a complete lie from the very start. What a total waste of time, effort, energy and money. Please, for the love of God, if you genuinely care about your sanity - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I was completely lied to (upfront) - and you definitely will be, too. You won't think it will happen to you - it definitely will! I was hoping to be able to leave some really positive feedback after the initial guarantee was given but it was a blatant lie and (excuse the pun) Kitbag dropped the ball. IF ONLY ZERO STARS COULD BE AWARDED - THIS COMPANY WOULD HAVE ALMOST ZERO! DO NOT THINK IT WON'T HAPPEN TO YOU - NO MATTER WHAT, YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED! Basically, I'm now going to be having to chase a refund! What a complete farce. DISGUSTING! WHAT A LET DOWN!”

“After reading so many negative reviews I feel I should share my positive experience. I ordered a top on a Saturday evening and received it on the Tuesday morning delivered by Royal Mail. My grandson is delighted with his birthday present which is of good fit and quality.”

“Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with, if I could give them a zero I would. They got my order wrong, how do you put the wrong number on the back of a jersey? Literally could not speak to an actual person, only automated replies. I asked for a refund which too forever. NEVER AGAIN”

“First l was charged a handling charge , and then an outrages delivery charge , on having to return the item another £5.95 postage and l now discover another £7 .46 on my phone bill for ringing their customer services . THIS COMPANY IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST ONLINE ORGANISATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . DO NOT USE THEM , THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED .”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews. Terrible customer service in giving updates, just keep blaming the warehouse. 3 weeks later cancelled ordered, yet numerous emails sent before that and promised shipping for the EtA days. Avoid if you want your items”

“ABSOLUTELY USELESS. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. BOUGHT T SHIRT ON THE 22 OF NOV. AFTER 2 EMAILS IT WILL BE DELAYED, GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM (18TH 0F 12) AND THEY MAKE EXCUSES. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. ASKED FOR REFUND AND THEY KICKED ME OUT OF THE CHAT. RIDICULOUS.”

“Placed an order. It never showed. The tracking number provided indicates that risky mail never even received the item from kitbag. Now waiting on a refund. If they don’t have the items, why are they shown on their website?”

“Avoid this company at all costs.I recently ordered 4 shirts, 4weeks later I was still waiting no explanations other than problems at the warehouse. They gave me a £27 goodwill gesture but on cancelling the order because I could not wait any longer the so called good will gesture became part of the refund. This company used to be quite good having ordered previously without problem.No longer who ever is in charge needs replacing.”

“I ordered a junior Man City shirt for my grandson’s birthday but after I placed the order I was made aware of lots of bad reviews of Kit bag so I was very worried. However I needn’t have worried because the shirt which was also personalised arrived as promised within days and in time for the birthday: very pleased and now surprised why the Company has so many bad reviews. I am delighted with the service provided. Thank you Kit bag”

“Terrible order management and customer service I ordered 3 shirts with printing on July. And only one Spurs Shirts delivered without printing. So I returned it as Kitbag suggest and Kitbag told me they will deliver a new one with print as soon. It has been more than 2 months now. Bottom line is 1. Kitbag just canceled the order of 2 PSG shirts without any explanation. But they are still selling the exact same shirts and sizes. Kitbag didn't even try to explain to me, but just told me "we had a problem on your order" by email and refund it. This is kit bag problem but they did not solve and I have to suffer myself. T-shirt price went up. I think they simply just did not send the shirt with the price they promise earlier. Because they can sell this higher price to other. 2. Kit bag also promise to resend new Spurs shirts with print after I return unprinted shirts back. I did not receive the shirt yet (over 2months). I do not understand why it took more than a month to deliver.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for next day delivery, 2 items were dispatched 6 days later the other still no dispatched. Paid to use DPD and they used Evri. Long story short the Evri driver claimed to deliver the items to a neighbour without photo evidence of the neighbour accepting these. Neighbour says they did not get them. After 8 back and forth messages with some pretty daft members of staff, Bobby, Jordan etc. The penny finally dropped and they realised I DID NOT have the items and agreed a refund or replacement. Since 18th July they just ignore any follow up emails. I have initiated payment recalls with my bank. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. One of the worst companies for any sports related items.”

“Hi - I placed an order on a item which is list to be dispatched in 1 day on May 18th , today bring June 12th the order is still “processing” . All emails have been ignored or auto replied and only contact has been via facebook which has offered me “maybes” and “have patience” Really really poor …”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY! I ordered an adult PL league shirt and received a youth Italia shirt. Despite hours on chat and email including sending proof I received the wrong item and shipped it back, they will not send me the correct item and will not respond to any emails. Their chat has been down for days now as well. Just an atrocious customer experience.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered an MBAPPÉ Paris Saint-Germain Home Stadium Kit for my son for his birthday weeks before hand only to receive it 2 weeks after his birthday and the wrong item was shipped. After multiple emails and no response I decided to try the virtual assistant in which I was told to email a description of the incorrect order along with images only not to receive an email response once again. After a 2nd attempt at a virtual chat they refused to send out the correct item. Never ever shop with this company, they are an absolute disaster.”

“Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order on Sunday night at 8[pm, immediately messaged them to clarify details. Unmonitored email. Couldn't find contact details on website. Tried again after googling, also unmonitored email. Called them on Monday morning to cancel, they claimed the order had already been picked and packed so could not be cancelled even though I will not receive it for another 11 days. This is after getting through to a human after spending 10 mins on the phone with the worst "digital assistant: ever. Cannot understand the same short phrases it asks for and cannot understand order numbers typed on the keypad. Save yourself and don't deal with this company.”
