So outdoor living and British traditions are double stitched into the Joules brand. In 1999 we started the Joules own brand, and the pitter patter of our kids’ range arrived in Spring 2005, these days known as Little Joule.

I have been shopping at Joules for years. I truly would like to say that I love Joules 💚. The clothes quality is amazing, the colours and styles are fabulous 💙. The whole experience of purchasing on line or at the store, delivery process, packaging it is a wonderful journey itself. I buy a lot of clothes for my nephew and niece as they are so beautiful and such a fun for them. The perents love it💚💙😘. Thank you Jouls, thank you ALL Teams at Jouls and thank you Royal Mail for such amazing customer experiences always. I wish you all the best in the future and I continue to be your loyal customer. Bought the bee tunic recently. Poor quality, all bobbles already. Very disappointing. Don't think I will be buying again.

Non-existent customer service. The package was delivered to the wrong state, as far as I can tell. It looks like the state code (e.g., CA) was missing from the package label, based on the "proof" of delivery email I received. Is that even possible--for a package to be delivered without a state listed in the address? Anyway, something went wrong and I never received the package. I've reached out to customer service three times in the intervening 2 months and have have yet to receive a reply.

Item bought white t-shirt, excellent quality only problem too tight ( my own fault for not trying on in shop) nearest store to me over 80 miles away. Sent by post for a refund, waited for 20 days no refund so called Joules direct. What can I say excellent service, money in my account within a few hours and a lovely surprise gift arrived by post this morning, thank you to the wonderful helpful lady on the phone and to Joules.

Shoppers attention. It's very hard to reach Joules customer service. I finally reach them via online chat, and I was told because I didn't keep the proof of return label, they cannot give me refund. I used the return slip the company generated, how can they not having the return label they generate? Do you believe on a company level, they handle things like this? It's like a fraud to me. Will never ever buy from this company.

The fact they don't refund delivery charges when items are returned is so off putting! Won't be ordering online again

They delivered the wrong item. When I wanted to talk, after many attemps that failed, I was referred to “management”. That was two weeks ago. No response at all.

Dreadful customer service. Have been shopping with them for over 2 yrs but of late the quality has dropped & when I had an issue with an order, they just didn't want to know. Now I'm out of pocket by £60 and they just get away with it. Shall be buying from Sea Salt or White Stuff.

Three times in the last 6 weeks I have ordered items and paid for them only to be informed that they cannot fulfill the order. A refund is processed (but takes a few days to received) but there is no explanation as to why they have cancelled my order. Can't get an answer when you phone, just "it probably isn't in stock" - what is really infuriating is that the item is still in stock online and they were happy to take my new order! I won't be buying from them again.

A real shame that a company which built a brand on good quality clothing has clearly sacrificed customer service in the chase for profit. I purchased a number of items specifically for a birthday and ordered in good time with the next day delivery to store expectation as displayed on their website, unfortunately 8 days later, despite Joules acknowledging and confirming the order, nothing has arrived, and after speaking to their alleged Customer service agents on 4 occasions, nothing has happened other than "We will be in touch with you" "Management are looking into it" etc etc, obviously nobody contacts me or responds in any way. Very poor customer service, but they pride themselves on a barrage of bland, generic pointless emails telling you nothing of importance and seeking feedback which they clearly do not learn from. Such a shame, but maybe a sign of the times.

dreadful non existent customer service chat / phone and emails a total car crash . refunds take longer than other companies too! clothes good but i wonder how may customers will avoid them when the contact/ customer service is so bad. i am still waiting for any response left on live chat and email ! phones were all busy!

Non existent stock control! On 3 December 2021, I order several Christmas presents on line from joules, the order was accepted and money taken. I ordered all my presents on line this year as I have recently broken my hip and was unable to travel to the shops. I was very disappointed that over 2 weeks later I received 2 emails from joules saying that you could not fulfil my order. Imagine my disappointment at not having the items I wanted and not having enough time to go on line to find alternative replacement gifts. I cannot understand how joules can take on line orders and not know their stock count at the time the order was placed, when all other companies appear to know if they can fulfil their orders or not immediately an order is placed ? This is not the first time this has happened to me, whereby I ordered on line in September 2021 a child’s coat as a gift, again the order and money was taken, I told my son I had bought the coat for my granddaughter and for him to not buy her one. Imagine my upset and embarrassment when again after 2 weeks I had the money returned and informed it was out of stock and could not give my granddaughter the coat I promised. I am very disappointed in the service provided by joules in not fulfilling orders

I ordered a jacket on 15 December hoping it would arrive for Christmas in fact I even purchased a hat to match. I was told I would receive the jacket in 2 days if I had the jacket sent to the store however, because of Covid, I thought it would be safer to have it delivered to my home address and the assistant told me it would take up to 7 days. A week has now gone past, and it doesn’t look as if I am going to receive my jacket for Christmas. As I have not received a confirmation of my order, I rang customer services and they have told me I won’t receive my jacket until 31 December! Joules were quick to take my money but to take up to 2 weeks to post it is ridiculous. I have read on social media that Joules keep people waiting weeks for their order and then say it is out of stock. I will never buy anything from Joules again.

Dreadful customer service cannot reach them by chat line email or phone Have not received my parcel cannot track it as no tracking number They took the money quickly though!!!

Horrible customer service; Can never reach them by phone, by chat or by email. I paid for extra delivery for a pair of boots. I never got them and nobody is getting back to me despite my numerous attempt.

Ordered jeans from a partner Teddy EDWARD. In my view incorrectly described.. I have to pay for return but wasn’t told this at the point of sale. Web chat poorly staffed. Email not responded to. Very disappointed. Gone downhill.
