“I would honestly like to know where all these bad reviews are from! People really just want to moan for nothing don’t they?! Smooth sale, delivery, even contacted them after seeing reviews and customer service was brilliant, ignore the negative, honest to god, people are moaning for nothing or probably the smallest thing!! Totally worth it. Don’t be deterred by the negative. Good site!!”

“Order placed 3 weeks ago and the good are still not dispatched. I've raised 2 support tickets both with generic responses and I"m unable to raise a third because they have a technical issue with their recaptcha stopping the log in page from working. Without live chat or an email address i'm not sure whether I'll ever receive the good or a refund.”

“The customer service is useless and very poor. If something wrong happens with order it's a nightmare and you're on your own! I made and paid an order on the 13/04 (more than 3 weeks ago) and I still have not received it... First, buyers need to know lots of items from this company (in fact The Hut company) are shipped from US (you won't pay the taxes but it will take time to arrive). So it means there are more chance to have your order lost or robbed because of the long journey... They use DHL as delivery company. So when my order was dispatched on the 20/04, one week after the payment :-( (I received an email but it doesn't mean it's true...), I have decided to check everyday the tracking because the order is a gift. DHL Tracking showed the parcel was "En route" but no event after the one which says the parcel was dispatched by IWOOT. I have contacted several times the customer service and they told ne to wait. I explained them there was no event after the dispatch (at least you should have "...Received at distribution center..", in fact all the normal events during shipping...) and it was a proof there was an issue with the shipping. No help from them... I think the order has never left IWOOT centre. The expected delivery time is passed (04/05). When I check the tracking now, DHL says "No Results". So I contacted them again and now they tell me to wait 30 days, then they will investigate. WHAT A JOKE!!! I am very desesperate now. They have my money and I have nothing... If you like risk, this website is for you!”
