I ordered baskets Spring of 2020, understandably they did not arrive until November. Loved them and completely understood shipping delays so I ordered more the Spring of 2021. I have emailed several times asking and get no response. At one point I was offered product credit good for one day only. I emailed back that they did not credit the 35 I paid for shipping for items that never shipped and that the baskets are still on the site so I would just reorder the baskets with the product credit or they can just send what I ordered since it still is listed. I never heard back and still have received nothing. It was a large order and a lot in shipping. No products and no refund over a year later. Do not do business with this company!

It seems to me that these reviews are for Homesupply in the USA and not for Homesupply in the UK which has 80-90% postive reviews. The address of the Homesupply USA needs to be corrected . It is very poor of REVIEWS.IO, so 1 star for REVIEWS.IO !!!!

I ordered a towel rack, but had never received a shipping email. I finally called and they said it had shipped and they would send me a tracked email. A week later still nothing, so I called again. They informed me that the order had been canceled, but never cared to let me know. Interesting that they said it had shipped! After I hung up they immediately sent an email telling me the order had been canceled. I did finally get a refund. Very poor service.

An order I placed in early Feb 2021 still hasn't arrived and I don't suppose it ever will. They don't reply to emails. They took my money ($70+++) the day I put in the order, which NO decent company would do. They're supposed to hold off until the item is shipped. BUT WORST OF ALL.... my credit card got hacked for many hundreds of $$$ and I had to put a stop on everything. Could of course just be a coincidence but I didn't give the details out to anyone else.

They're horrible to their customers. I signed up for a subscription, because you have to in order to purchase anything, and for the first few months I got everything I paid for. Then for 4 months I was continuously charged for items that I never recieved. I emailed and called several times and never heard back. After being ignored I called my bank and cancelled my card. I repeatedly notified them that I would be doing so, that i wanted to cancel my membership (i was repeatedly unable to cancel it online), and that I wanted no more merchandise from their company. When I cancelled my card and disputed their charges they tried to send me the items I had been paying for all while ignoring the fact that I wanted to cancel my membership and no longer recieve their merchandise. They're unprofessional, thieves, and don't care about their customers. DO NOT SHOP ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!

Unfortunately, I did not come here first. This company is selling items they don't have, then replacing them with what they see as acceptable. Refusing to refund. I just wish I could get the word out to more people. Do not shop from this site.

There is no return or refunds with this company, they ship what they wont to ship you. They had to know that the items I ordered was not in stock, I ordered the wet ones big ones and got wet one 40 count, the big ones was what I wanted, so they took my money and sent a like item. I canceled my account and will never order from this company ever.

This company has zero integrity. Of the 4 items I purchased in bulk 1 set of items was received. (25%) I have had zero success getting them to refund my money or deliver my goods purchased. Purchase date 8/5/2020, review date 12/01/2020. Spend your money with anyone else in the industry. Stay away.

I ordered $100 worth of product in August and called to find out 5 weeks later that it was shipping soon, called again in 10 days and complained... cancelled my order and was told on 10/6 that a refund was going to be sent... It's end of November and no refund! I have tried calling, only tobe told they are busy and to email them. Never, never, never order from this company... so frustrating that I have had to spend time to try and get money back for product never received... disgusting!!!!

I ordered Lysol spray and when it came it had spilled out of the bag. I emailed and called soo many times with no luck someone by the name of Valerie had finally responded back to me weeks or days later. She asked me to provide pictures for a refund which I did and she did not reply I called and the representative was of no help. I wouldn’t order from here anymore it’s a complete joke extremely poor customer service.

Here's what went wrong. When I subscribed and ordered Lysol I did receive my first order in July with no issues. So home supply charges me August 31st for more Lysol to be delivered. That has been almost a month and I have yet to receive my second order of Lysol. All I ordered was two bottles of Lysol. I don't see what the problem is. I did not receive my second order of Lysol. So I'm looking at my statements and I'm seeing where they're charging me but they're not delivering my order. So I tried contacting them via email to check on the status or my order with no response. I tried calling them repeatedly and I can't get an answer at all. It puts you through to a representative where the phone just rings and rings and you don't get an answer prompting you to leave a voicemail. I got tired of calling. I just called my bank and explained to them the situation I filed a dispute. I also put a stop payment on any further ability for home supply to take money from me and not deliver my product. I'm tired of going back and forth trying to get a response from home supply it's stressful tiring and exhausting. I feel like this company is a scam if not then they need to get their company in order and address the customers accordingly in a timely fashion. Or hire more people to help if staff are overwhelmed with too much orders. PERIOD!!!! Also How come home supply charged me for Lysol and it shows paid, but the order was never even fulfilled it even shows it on my account. I attached pictures. 😒

I signed up to receive a shipment from home supply and I tried to cancel and they continue to charge me and send shipments that I do not want. Tried emailing them and asking them to cancel several times. Do not order from them!

This company owes me several months worth of products totaling $175. I’ve called for answers, I was told the products would arrive in a few weeks. A month later and I’m still waiting. I tried calling again but I can’t get through. I’ve left countless voicemails with no return calls. I’m contacting my credit card to decline the charges in the case of fraud. This company is a complete scam. You should be ashamed of yourself! If anyone knows how to legally go after this company, post it in a review. There’s a lot of negative reviews on trust pilot. I’m sure there’s a vast amount of people who would join in the lawsuit.

I submitted an order and then read these reviews. So the very next day which is today I had my bank stop payment and reissued a different Bank Card to me. What really caught my attention is they are trying to make you buy the same thing over and over. It won't happen. I may only lose $50 and it's not over. I know how to get right to a company like this.

I ordered a light on 5/8, credit card charged. On 6/19 tried calling customer service as still had not received light....no answer and kept getting disconnected. Emailed support 6/19, 6/28, 7/6, 7/26, 7/28. 7/6 disputed with credit card company. On 7/29 I received a “check” via email that I tried to Cash at my bank, which they would not accept. DO NOT order anything from this company. If I could I would not even give 1 star, completely THE worst. As of today, no light & no refund.
