Ordered 5 days ago and contacted customer support who said the order would be dispatched on Monday. End of Monday and still has not been dispatched. After reading the reviews for gameseek I don't think Ill ever use them again. I'm sure the blaster is awesome if I ever receive anything! Sites very buggy too.

Gameseek.co.uk regularly have reasonable game prices, for a short time they were the cheapest around but it seems since a certain success point that they have stopped being as competitive. Their pricing is generally better than 50% of the market but their shipping policy on new releases now means paying for shipping to get a game release on date, which in turn increases the cost of the game and in most cases nullifies any saving. Customer service is very good but they are tied by their companies law, which in my opinion is what has stifled them.

well, i received my game, prey, however the bonus content code had already been redeemed. they offered me a refund or replacement but the hassle would be too much.

Placed pre-order for Wii U Zelda Breath of the Wild and paid extra for release day delivery. Received email after 5.30pm day before release date (so I could not talk to them to complain that day obviously), blaming Nintendo for not making enough copies (total lie as all High Street stores had stock the following day) . I easily managed to get a copy off the shelf the next day. Took two days to reply to complaint email and cancellation and refund I made. Got an email on late Saturday stating it was being delivered, and received item Monday pm! (having paid extra postage for prompt delivery!). To get refund I had to return at my own cost, enclosing bank details (very dodgy practice). This company takes your pre-orders and money for stock they are not assured delivery of. Avoid and shop elsewhere.
