“i dont often complain about much but i needed to warn others of my recent experience with the customer care dept . bought a tv cabinet and when i opened it to assemble i found that the top of the unit was damaged and glass was scratched so i emailed the company and sent a couple of photos to support my claim and they told me that because i had assembled the unit they would not dend out a replacement part i tried to explain that i only needed the top of the unit all i got was silly excuses the after care really do not not how to deal with problems i wouldnt buy again from this company all i got was excuse after excuse to a vey simple problem a repacement top is all i wanted my advice stay clear of them”

“Bought two sets of white, washed cotton duvet sets. Has the informal, slightly crumpled look you get from linen but much softer and cheaper. Exactly what I was after, v pleased with the quality and price. Delivered promptly. Good experience all round.”
