“The engineered wood flooring arrived in packs that once opened you cannot return. We found several boards that were of an unacceptable colour, in fact looked like white stripes, the flooring was an oak engineered floor. This is not how the flooring is depicted in their showrooms or on their website therefore these boards should have been exchanged or refunded but Customer Services said that this type of variation was acceptable and therefore would not exchange/refund. The floor salesperson himself said he would not have them like that in his home but the final word was the customer services manager. Don't buy your flooring from them. They depict one product and sell you an entirely unacceptable one that has clearly not been checked before sending to customers.”
