Abysmal customer service. AVOID and save your money! The flowers I ordered have still not been delivered (should have been there yesterday), despite me placing the order over 2 weeks ago. I realise that Covid is not helping, but despite emailing Fineflora I can get no information as to whether they have even been shipped. Having now seen other reviews of Fineflora ( generally AWFUL), I am fearful that if the flowers ever arrive they will be in a dreadful state.

I ordered flowers 7 days before a special event to allow for good time and paid over £40 ! The flowers never arrived on the due date and only arrived 4 days after I queried the delivery, in a sad state. After several emails to-ing and fro-ing, requesting they phone me to discuss the matter (as there is no number) they were prepared send a replacement bunch, which weren’t needed as the occasion had passed. I also received the usual "Covid-19 could impact services" excuse for not receiving the flowers on time, however nowhere on the website does it say this. I received a 'promotion' code (in lieu of a refund) to the value of my order but could not complete it unless I paid for the shipping charge. The flowers I ordered for my Daughter in Law (which arrived the next day, by the way) were nothing like the photographs and the 'free' chocolates never arrived. A very misleading website and very expensive for the service and quality. I could get better flowers from a petrol station for a fraction of the price. Unacceptable.

A tiny posy of freesias arrived which looked nothing like the photograph. Shockingly overpriced. You could get a lovely bouquet from other suppliers for less than this.

Don’t waste your money! Paid £40 for a bunch of wilted looking freesias that looked like they were from a petrol station! Was extremely upset as they were purchased to take to the cemetery to inter my late Mum’s ashes! Terrible customer service. Have complained to Trading Standards! They won’t post poor reviews on their website!

The flowers are average and over priced. The package of flowers did not arrive on the day requested. The message card is an insult to the purchaser. It part of the address and instruction label. The request by the sender to revise the message was done by hand, over writing on the original typed message. I would hesitate in using Fineflora again.

Flowers arrived over a week late and dead. Refused to refund only send a replacement bunch, which aren’t needed as the occasion had passed. Awful customer service.

Son ordered a big bunch of carnations expecting 30 flowers, 9 arrived looking dull and what I could have bought in Tesco for £4, paid £25 plus postage. Too embarrassed to gift them. Email reply told they will look like the pic once opened and in a vase. Not bothered at all. Asked for refund now

Having written a review in haste at my disappointment with a delivery of freesias from Fineflora I would like to say I am extremely pleased to say that they have been very understanding with apologies and have now given me a refund.

Received flowers for my birthday. Ready for the compost heap as soon as I opened the box. Do not waste your money. They cost my husband £39 including delivery. AVOID

I ordered the large pink and white bouquet for delivery on 20/2/20. Value £38. The flowers arrived on 19/02/20 but at least early is better than late. HOWEVER the flowers received look NOTHING LIKE the ones advertised. I realise substitutes heave to be made from time to time, but just not including half the blooms is truly disgraceful. It was like 2 bunches of somewhat bashed £5 supermarket flowers. Looking at reviews across the web, they do this all the time and are complete rip off artists. I do not have any hopes for my emailed complaint.

Flowers ordered through Guernsey Flowers by Post to be delivered on a Friday. Flowers arrived the following Monday, three days late and in a very poor state. I would not recommend this company.

We received some flowers today from friends Mark our Golden wedding anniversary. I opened the box expectantly. What a let down. The very few flowers in the box looked very battered and not very fresh. How can I tell our friends what a terrible waste of money.

Don't use, flowers sometimes never arrive or arrive late, dead or dying. Mine never arrived, no phone number, emails are ignored. Eventually the reply suggested I order (and pay for more), customer service was rude and condescending. Never got either the flowers or my money back.

Writing this as no reasonable response from FineFlora since October. Paid over £30 for large bouquet which arrived in full bloom with all the stamens falling out and lasted just 5 days despite being marketed as in bud and long lasting. A similar bunch from Tesco at a qtr of the price lasted 3 weeks. Reason for review is that their opinion was that flowers were ok despite their guarantee claims to fix problems and when I did a review it was never published. They only publish 3 star and over. Now not responding to emails and won’t tell me who I can escalate to - this is a completely dishonest business. I’ll now be pursuing through consumer rights. Save your money!!

Flowers ordered in p!entry of time for Mothering Sunday arrived 2 days late. Appalling service. Wish I had read reviews & the terms & conditions. They will not refund your money despite not fulfill!long the order which I had paid for. Flowers in poor state when eventually arrived presumably because they had been in transit for too long. Dont use. I won't be using again.

If I could give no stars I would. My 90 year old Mother's flowers for Mothers Day should have been delivered on Friday. Still no sign of them on Mother's Day itself. I feel as if I've been ripped off and so wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Don't give these guys your money.

Worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. Ordered flowers that did not arrive. The only way to contact them is by email which I did numerous times, but did not receive 1 reply. Very bad service. Would never use them again.

My husband ordered Valentine flowers for me. They were ordered in plenty of time and 1st class postage was paid. They did not arrive on the required day. Needless to say Fine Flora could not care less and refused any refund. Steer well clear of these cowboys!

I ordered flowers for Valentines day to be delivered to the hotel where we were staying. These were ordered in plenty of time and Fine flora were still advertising their Valentine flowers day(s) after i had ordered mine by first class post, They never arrived! on Valentines day - but did the day after when we left. To me this is totally unacceptable. My wife had no flowers for the first time in 47 years and was very upset. Fineflora did not seem bothered at all saying it was out of their hands as it was the postal service at fault. This would be true for all of their flowers. £35 flowers on Valentines day are only £8 the day after. Fine flora refuse to refund any monies. I will not be using this company again. Had a read these reviews before purchasing when nearly 60% award one star, i would not have used them. Be warned - go elsewhere.
