Item was delivered damaged. Emailed customer services and they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. Item was replaced immediately and exactly as described. Excellent service.

Firstly the order didn’t arrive however when I contacted customer services Amy dealt with the problem. She contacted the supplier and found the delivery was lost. She arranged for a replacement that luckily arrived in time for the birthday. Thank you Amy.

Item was not received due to it getting lost apparently. I Asked to resend it next day delivery they said thats not possible. I then Asked to refund me delivery, they refused. I finally asked for a full refund tgese people dont care about customers. Avoid if possible and find another company to purchase your item from.

Do not bother! Had a gift for me and wife two night getaway at Xmas Couldn’t use as didn’t have original receipt,(who gives that with a gift) Had to contact and prove the transaction Got voucher. Number Came to use today and doesn’t work! Never had so much hassle redeeming a flipping code!! Seriously go somewhere else I truly believe so many ppl have lost out on this and there making a fortune

Easy to use and informative website. Comprehensive range of experiences available at very reasonable rates. The out if hours query I raised by email was immediately acknowledged and positively responded to by Mia first thing the following day to my complete satisfaction. I purchased a driving experience as a gift for my daughter, so cannot comment on that at this stage. I can however say I am completely satisfied with matters so far and would rate Findmeagift customer service as excellent.

Had a query about my Gift so messaged the Facebook page & was dealt with by Mia who was really helpful & gave me the answers I needed. She responded quickly & efficiently. Thank you again Mia My husband also sent email & he got dealt with quickly. We got all the information we needed.

Absolutely impressive customer service from start to finish.. quick response to my query and kept me updated every step of the way.. I will have no hesitation in carrying on re buying through this company and will totally recommend .. the peace of mind knowing if anything should go wrong will be dealt with with care and compassion.. well done ..

If I could put a zero, I would. My Mum brought be a voucher for an overnight stay and theatre. My Mum was not told that OMG hotels would be dealing with the booking etc. They have such bad reviews and my mum would not have brought the voucher if she had known. Anyway, I have been given a hotel- no choice. It is in kings cross - it would be quicker for me to get the train home. They have told me my theatre tickets are in the grand circle and won't even tell me the seats until 24 hrs before. The grand circle tickets are cheap - 30 pound. So my mum has paid all this money and I have no choice where to stay and my only option is the cheapest seats. Nobody is willing to sort it. I am not staying in kings cross. My Mum brought from you not OMG hotels and therefore you should be dealing with it and not passing the buck to them.

Very, very limited choice of thinks to use your voucher on compared to likes of Buy a Gift. For example; We had a "Mega Choice for Two voucher and under the pampering section, you have a choice of 1 spa day (with no treatments) or 6 photoshoots. Alot of the activities only have one location, sodepending on where you live it is very limiting. I would not use this site to book a gift for other people

Really cool gift at a reasonable price and customer service is second to none! Due to a mad delivery driver not delivering to the right address I did not receive my parcel, but the staff at Findmeagift ( yes, I spoke to a real live person!) were happy and helpful and located my parcel. Happy customer recommending this company.

I initial found the site frustrating. Although I found some lovely gifts, when it came time to purchase, the system would not accept my details, even though I tried a number of times. I eventually called customer service and spoke with Millie, who was an absolute star. After getting some advice and doing some research, she was able to help me complete my purchase. Well done Millie, without your effort, you'd have lost a sale and I would have remained frustrated.

I was initially frustrated with lack of communication which delayed my order - a birthday gift i wanted to present for a specific date, however after a few short emails with Dani this was resolved, my order was confirmed and shipped really quickly, in time for said date. The resolution was quick and prompt with clear communication, i was surprised at the speed this was turned around. All in i am happy and grateful for this, the problem resolution really changed the experience and the gift was great when it arrived.

I ordered a ‘funny’ mug which, unfortunately, when it arrived had a broken handle. I contacted Findmeagift and after posting them a photo of the broken item immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. They were extremely helpful and worked efficiently to ensure I received the gift in a timely manner. Great service, great product and I will definitely use them again.
