“I ordered flowers for my Aunt to remember my Uncles birthday who has recently passed. I ordered them to be delivered on 9th May but up to now still not delivered. I have sent 4 emails and tried numerous times to contact by phone, I have not had a reply from any of the emails, I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money (which they took from my bank swiftly enough) I don't expect I will receive anything from them. 6 days on and still no reply!! I DO NOT recommend this company, there is no customer service at all.”

“Ordered from overseas for my mother for Mother's Day. Pay extra for them to be delivered on the Saturday before. Did not show up until Tuesday. ZERO contact from customer service after 2 emails! Buyer BEWARE!!!”

“Awful company. Mother's Day flowers ordered 8 March for delivery on 10 March. No flowers delivered on 10, 11 or 12 March. Called them to discuss but a message on their lines advises they won't discuss orders over the phone so have to email. Same auto message when contacted on Facebook. Emailed to cancel, which they did, but no sign of an apology or any sign that they understand the concept of customer service. Shabby, shabby service from a joke of a company. DO NOT USE - SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.”

“Do not spend your money here!! Do not spend your money here!!! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers 3 weeks before and paid extra for nominated day delivery. Did not arrive on time, called x3 (no one will deal with complaint on the phone!!) emailed x2 (no response!!!) so opened flowers, which had arrived 2 days late !!! Flowers all open and half dead (daffodils so don’t last I know but when I have ordered from other sites arrive in bud). Sham site that takes your money, charges extra for nominated delivery, then send poor flowers and shocking customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!!”

“Avoid - Mother’s Day Present Never Arrived Products I ordered for a Mother’s Day present simply did not arrive - very embarrassing - disappointed Mother and children! Suggest you avoid Eden4hampers and buy from a more reliable source, or at least someone who uses a more reliable courier.”

“We were sent a gift of a Dorset Cream tea. When the parcel arrived one of the small bottles of jam had leaked because the lid had come loose. The scones were very dry and disintegrated when cut with a knife. The clotted cream was in small plastic sachets. When these were opened the cream was solid, more like cheddar cheese. It was impossible to spread. In the end we put the whole lot out for the birds. We kept the teabags but to be honest even these were not that good, about basic supermarket quality.”

“I ordered a christmas hamper for my niece and her husband costing £60.Not only did they forget my order but when I eventually got throught to them on the phone which by the way took 3 days before they answered they said they would get a hamper out straight away.Well when it arrived at my nieces all the stuff in it were not the products advertised it looked like things they got out of their kitchen cupboard.The jam was not home made it was from a company near me in tiptree essex the mince pies were Mr Kipling and as for the other products well!! There was only 1 bottle of wine instead of two.I have been trying to get them again on phone and emails no answer.So I will now put this in the hand of the small claims court with the photos I took of the hamper.”

“Ordered the 6 Muffin Hamper online for a Birthday present, all I can say is shocking, absolutely shocking. They advertise as a family run business with handmade cakes and fresh products from local suppliers made by hand. Absolutle rubbish... Package arrived and it was 6 pre packed mass produced American Muffins, nothing like the picture describes and advertises. Local family business in Somerset yet the muffins came from a factory in Sheffield. Serious breach of trading standards and absolute rip off... Unfortunately as we were away and had no phone signal by the time we arrived back we had missed the 3 day cut off... Disgraceful company and terrible customer service... £20 hamper but better value and quality at Tesco on 4 for £1”
