“My parcel was delivered the wrong address
I went to the depot and was told that they were not the company doing the delivery despite the fact that it showed on phone tracking app?? I'm so very angry this item is expensive and was coming from Germany!! I've wasted time and money for absolutely nothing not even an appology disgraceful!!!”

“I have sent documents in size 1 envelope weighing less than 500 grams from UK to India. I have been billed additionally rupees 5458 for customs clearance, storage charges and conversion rate of 1 GBP to INR= 107.35 as of 14/April/2024. The rate is not this high.
Customs charges are only INR 1879 and you can do the rest caclulations that DHL is pocketing themselves.
Charges includes, Surcharges, Fees and warehouse storage costs for 1 day.
This means the DHL team can physically verify the Size 1 envelope and take photographs as evidence but because they want to pocket as much money as possible.
I will never use this service again.
Totally waste of time and money.

“I am extremely dissatisfied with DHL's service. Despite providing them with the correct address and designating a package room, they failed to deliver my package to the right location. Furthermore, they are refusing to take responsibility for the lost package and are instead instructing me to follow up with their various partners and channels. The package was stolen after it was carelessly thrown on the roadside near the designated package room, even though DHL had access to the package delivery room. Now, they are attempting to evade responsibility by redirecting me from one department to another, claiming that it is not their responsibility to engage with other departments and channels. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.

“Had a small package sent from California to New Mexico(2 states away) on 4/1/24 and it’s now 4/9/24 and still not here. Had another package sent on 4/1/24 from New York to New Mexico(USPS), was here 4/4/24. Very poor service. Don’t know how a company stays in existence with service like this.”

“DHL is the worst delivery company ever! I was notified that my package was delivered, and either in or around my mailbox. I went to get my package 15 minutes after receiving the text and nothing was there. I never received my package, I’ve been trying to contact customer service and I am never able to reach anyone. The worst part is, is that this isn’t the first time that this has happened to me with this company. It sucks, I waited over a week for my package and never received anything.”
