Second round of trying to get my purchase from overseas. When it gets to the United States, it gets shipped back and forth from Missouri to Texas multiple times before it finally gets to Omaha. This was a waste of four days. Been waiting for over two weeks to get something.

This one rating is too much for this DHL courier. They will waste our time. Bcz of this DHL I faced lots of issues.

Shipped item overseas valued at $2750. Returned to me stating I didn’t provide EIN number. Stated they tried to contact me 5 times. Total lie. Out $302 in shipping

Dhl slowest company ....i do not recommend this company , my mom's passport from baghdad to sulaymaniyah city did not received yet while they say take 5 days ....however the distance between this two city inside iraq only 4 hours by taxi....so 0/10.

I've encountered significant issues with DHL Portugal's customs services, which have left me incredibly frustrated. As a global company, I had higher expectations for DHL's services. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will never use their services again. The main issue arose when I attempted to pay a simple invoice. Despite my repeated requests, I struggled to obtain the necessary payment link. Some representatives claimed they were still waiting for the invoice, despite it being sent to me two days prior. When I clarified that I had received the invoice and only needed the payment link, I was told that the financial department would send it to me. However, despite waiting for over 48 hours, I never received the email. This lack of communication and efficiency has left me feeling helpless. I'm now faced with the prospect of having to pay additional fees to have my parcel sent to a different country, as I am no longer in Portugal. I'm deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by DHL Portugal. If there is any way to contact someone who can provide the correct information and resolve this issue promptly, I would greatly appreciate it.

Dont ever if you have a sound mind, use these absolute idiots. They are a disgrace. They have no communication skills, they damage your parcels, promise you delivery times and dates then dont turn up. How these Jokers are still in business is beyond me, and if you take a look at their reviews you can see for yourselves. Avoid at all costs these muppets.

Instructionby customer service was not clear, mentioned the courier will go in 2days time, but shipment was hold for 3 days, no notification no calls no reason. after multiple follow up, different views and different answers in 2 days time called more than 10 times, no one can help. we choose DHL for the service and known as premium service paying 5times cost more than other courier companies and delivering after 7days, Due to non delivery of this document cancellation of registration, appointments, time and costs. Customer service need to improve and should have the record when customer speaks, Customer service is responsible and update the status. Every shipment is not urgent, when we sending on high priority means its high priority CS team should understand this. Waste of time, paying huge cost. end up with blood pressure and health risk.

Your delivery guy that was assigned in Calgary,AB NE locationver press our unit number doorbell. I was shocked I received a message from DHL that you guys are trying to call me. We live at apartment it says on the address. I was expecting that the delivery guy will call our unit number but he did not do it. I'm really disappointed and not satisfied of your service. I'm hoping that it will not happen again. And you should train your delivery guy to do their work right. I always order online but all of the courier will dial our unit number except DHL.

Horror show. My daughter had been in a terrible motorbike accident and Id sent her a simple few items, organic shampoo, cream, vit e oil for scars..the response is clearly from a corrupt bunch of thieves. I declared £50 for items, then they insisted the postage fees, £40.95 be added ON TOP..driving my declaration, £50..up to £90..then insisting postage must be added on top and that I was dishonest and pay an additional £125 ?? made NO SENSE. demanded i describe what type of glass the tiny glass bottle of vit e is, insisiting shampoo is not toiletries.. i sent them links from the dictionary..they never had any intention of delivering any package. Just thieving them for them selves.

What went wrong ? Absolutely nothing has gone right Customer services do NOT reply The tracking does NOT work The parcel does NOT get delivered All I get is automated replies telling me LIES Your head office is a fake address in Eastern Europe You seem to be a scam organisation

Customer service is very bad. Almost all comments are negative.Is anybody from the company ever read, what people say about.It’s ashamed to have to deal with. My tracking number is: 4525008434 I can’t make it righ my delivery address. They change it the way they feel it or know it.very sad to have that kind of stuff on duty.Bed for business have that reputation Hope somebody from the customer service react! 🆘

the worst delivery service. I ordered a parcel abroad to Germany and the service refused to deliver the parcel and said that my order would be returned to the sender. 2 months have passed and no action has taken place, my parcel has not been sent to the sender and has not been sent to me, that is, they do nothing

TERRIBLE I JUS DONT GET IT!!! They literally are Soooooo lazy, don’t do they job correctly what do ever. They need to just get some new staff or something because SOMETHING IS GOING ON OVER THERE AND IT IS DEFINITELY NOT THEIR JOB. I am upset!!

Further to my review below, eventually some of my John Lewis order arrived. I had bought a set of dinner plates. The outer box and the inner box that the plate set was in were both completely crushed and in tatters. The plates inside had been smashed to pieces by DHL.

I waited all day for a package that was noted on their tracking website out for delivery with the courier at 9:30 am. I was sent a text message it would arrive to me between 2:30 and 4:30. That time came and went. Then an update saying by the end of day which would have been 9 pm.. That time came and went. Now it's telling me: "StatusShipment is on hold: Monday, March 18, 2024 at 10:18 PM" I am not understanding why my package was not delivered as promised especially since DHL.driver had it driving around with it? I.even called DHL twice and was told it would arrive today March 18 by the close of the day. It's very upsetting because she wasted my time and day putting me on a false waiting period. When the tracking all the way up to 9 pm.showed it was coming. The Morris DHL office needs an overhaul...There seems to be no accountability with their employees. Why would a driver drive around all day with my package and not deliver it to me. This is unacceptable. And we know a package shipped from overseas is not cheap. Hopefully tomorrow my package shows up.

I do not understand how they can stay in business. A 200 mile delivery, was 10 days. Trying to contact them is like pulling hens teeth. When you get a representative on the phone, they are impossible to understand. Then if you could understand them they don't have a clue what you try to tell them. WORTHLESS, WORTHLESS, WORTHLESS!!!

if all the employees are replaced chimpanzees then the total IQ of the company would increase .The employee could not find my package with less then 10 packages to choose .I provided my full name and address and phone number and explained i would pay customs and the employee could not find the package .The package has in 3 inch lettering written on it not paid -stay away from this company
