“Paid for a dozen balls 4th August, no sign of balls or explanation. Eventually hed to open a dispute with eBay and got a refund on the 4th of September. No communication from them and glad I used eBay or I would have lost my money. Used before and were excellent but steer well clear at the moment!”
“I recently ordered a Bushnell Phantom Range Finder. On receiving an order confirmation the time for delivery was too long as the item was required for a present. I sent four or five emails to cancel the order without response I phoned the store and spoke to Lucas who confirmed the order would be canceled and my payment would be refunded to Pay Pal. Some five days later I have still to receive the refund and now I have had notification from the courier to say delivery will take place today. I thought customers were important these days. I have been involved with the golf industry for over 50 years many as a PGA Professional and never have experienced such a response and attitude. I gave them one star as I was unable to give none.”
