I have purchased to items from your shop since january and had payed the first instalments for both but until date haven' t receiverd my package.

Awful lack of customer service. Sent back an item a month ago which cost £8.50 in delivery charges for 1 shirt. Still haven’t had a refund or heard back despite 2 voicemails and 3 emails. DONT USE

Placed an order Jan 10th. Never received. Website was then ‘undergoing maintenance’ when I checked it. After some searching, it appears the company (Maronmarch) has gone into liquidation. Now waiting on refund from PayPal. DEF DON’T PLACE AN ORDER

Spent £450 on trainers and a belt. They didn’t fit so we sent them back with a note to exchange the items. It has now been three weeks and no one is answering my emails, no one is answering the phone. I will have to report them to trading standards and the only hope I have of getting my money back is contacting PayPal to complain. Royal Mail have marked the parcel as being revived and signed for on the 4th January 2024. What is going on? Absolutely disgraceful how they have left so many customers in the darks for so long regarding orders.

Ordered some trainers as a present for my partner and I was pleased with the delivery and service initially. The trainers were the wrong style for my partner so I contacted B2B about returning them. The customer service rep told me I was eligible for a store gift card only and wasn’t aware of the business’s extended Xmas return period until I sent her a screenshot from their website. I returned the trainers on 30.12.2023 and used Royal Mails online tracker which confirms that they were received on 02.01.2024. I have asked for confirmation on the status of my refund four times; called customer services multiple times (phone lines always too busy) and i have contacted them via WhatsApp message (as stated in their customer service contact instructions). And to top it off; their customer service site no longer works. As yet - I have not received a single response from B2B and my last contact with them was when they said I was only eligible for a store credit. The shoes were over £100 so not exactly cheap; this whole experience has made me really question the legitimacy of the site, the credibility of the Trust Pilot reviews and whether or not this is all just a big scam.

Haven’t received my order or any confirmation of shipping despite order being placed over a week ago. I’ve tried to contact them but have received no response and the website has been down for days. They took the money and sent me a confirmation of my order but nothing since.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Purchased a £400 pair of trainers for wedding day and they never arrived and we are still out if pocket £400 .. we have called, emailed they don’t answer anything or attempt to resolve the matter in anyway. We are still out of pocket and are devastated

I purchased a VERSACE Baroque-print Baseball Cap Black/Gold, in January 2023. It was on sale for 29.99. I didn't wear it until April-May, when we received the lovely weather here in the UK. In June, I discovered the cap had significantly lost its dye, namely around the top of the cap and sides. So, I proceeded to raise it with their Customer Services. I sensed that Peter immediately placed judgement and said that the cap shouldn't randomly lose it's colour and it must have been washed and left in the sun to dry. I argued that I didn't wash or neglect the product, all I did was wear it on my head like I am suppose to. So, I was advised to send the cap back for further inspection. I was not optimistic at all. Tresha, CS manager, claimed it was not faulty, but wear and tear! I had the hat for 6 months but worn it for about two months. It appears to me that they will do anything to protect themselves but the customer will be treated without any empathy or fairly and will inevitably lose out. Needless to say I was really dissapointed with this outcome from this supposedly reputable company but only to discover they have a really small club mentality. For the sake of 29.99!! It would appear that they would do anything to place the blame on the customer when something goes wrong so be very wary spending your money here and I would be very skeptical about the products they sell. The item did not display a barcode of authenticity on the garment. I didn't ask for my money back but I wanted a replacement. I certainly didn't expect that from a quality branded product, and poor treatment from this company. My first and last purchase.

I have been waiting nearly two weeks for my delivery I have had no response from customer service despite three emails. My order cost more than £70 and I was expecting to receive before my vacation!

After an 8 inch heavy wet snow,mwe decided we just couldn't handle all that removal ourselves. We contacted Brother2Brother and they responded with equipment and energy even though it was late in the day. Within a half hour they cleared our sidewalks, driveway and large parking area to the very edges. They were efficient, professional and thorough. They will be our go-to service all winter.

Do not buy it from them who lives in US!!! I live in us and i have been charge so much in duties from Fedex. They say that their terms and conditions all duties and taxes are to paid by the recipient and are not covered by Brother2Brother. I did not noticed that before purchase it. So, it costs more than Moncler website in us.
