Placed an order for the first time on the 14th Feb from the Ralph Lauren section for ROI delivery. Items received on the 21st Feb (check delivery dates because Im shopping for holiday and some of the items will not be delivered until after I travel so I havent been able to order them). I was a bit concerned after reading a lot of the reviews as to what the condition of the items would be, as this is like an outlet centre. I thought maybe items would be tried on and stained from this but I took a chance when I saw a lovely jacket and a fantastic priced pair of R.L Pjs for holiday. The 2 items I received were pristine condition in their original retail packaging, They had never been removed, tried on or even touched. You could just tell from the condition never been hung in a store. PERFECT. I ordered large for a size 14 to 16 and thought maybe R.L items would come up short, but they were perfect for me Uk 14 top Uk 16 bottom for comfort. The Pjs even came in the same material PJ bag which will be great for packing for holidays. It might depend what brand you buy from as to what condition they send to BrandAlly but it was an even better experience than going to the outlet retail park shopping. You can tell how R.L clothes are made very well and very structured to give your body shape. Definately trying to elivate my wardrobe with core pieces and when you get the items at outlet prices (even cheaper than outlet prices) it s going to be easy to do it. I was a bit worried when the box arrived because it was open so thats my only small complaint, the box needed to be better sealed for out of Uk deliveries as items can go missing or even stolen because it is what occurs with some of our delivery companies.

I am surprised to see such poor reviews. I have used BrandAlley many times and never had a problem. Maybe I have just been lucky! Delivery has always been fast, items have arrived in good order. I had to contact customer services o e time and they were excellent

Terrible customer services! I ordered a parcel for my wife. The wrong address was put on the parcel so it was returned to them by Royal Mail. When I contacted them they told me it had been delivered and refused to accept it had been returned to sender despite the proof of delivery picture showing the parcel on a desk in there warehouse. After emailing them multiple times the manager told me it would be sent back out. A few days later I heard nothing so I contacted them again but was told the warehouse had lost the parcel and it was the last one in stock so it couldn’t be sent back out. They promised a refund which has not been received. The jacket is now for sale again on there website for a higher price. Therefore, they lied to me and are now trying to sell it again for more money prior to sending a refund. Seems like a con to me!

I originally posted a review explaining that I was not happy that two jumpers, one claiming to be 100% cashmere and the other 100% Merino wool appeared to be made of synthetic yarn. They also appear to be made of the same synthetic yarn that does not have the breathability, appearance, feel of either of those natural yarns. After I hand washed the first, it was distorted and the quality spoiled - which has never happened with items made of either merino or cashmere that I have ever owned. They contacted me and, as I was satisfied they would resolve the matter, I said it was fine not to post my review as I was now satisfied they were acting in good faith. I explained my intolerability to unnatural fabrics and the devastating effect it can have on my well-being. I also asked what they wished to see in the photo they requested of the items - was it the labels, for example, or the overall items (which they surely have access to themselves)? I have received no reply and no resolution. I agree that the business does not appear to care about their customers, nor to care that they are selling on the basis of false claims - presumably made by third parties. I did receive some very nice bedding in the same order but I doubt it ever cost the wild claims made online. I will not use this site again.

I decided to start checking their quotes of £200 items being sold at £20 ( example). You can find them on Amazon and other sites for £20, so I’m inclined to believe that the £200 is not always the truth. I bought expensive? Pearls and they arrived on clear elasticised band or cheapest silver catch I couldn’t even fasten. Some stuff I believe is cheap. Also, are the beauty products within date as so many have smelled or sprays won’t spray. I could go on, I’m done with brand alley.

i placed an order on the 24/11/2022. Got an email to say my items were dispatched last week, via royal mail (genius may i add considering the state of royal mail at the min) no 48 dispatch as i paid for and now told today i have to wait 10 working days from time of dispatch for a refund. So im out of pocket, have to purchase something elsewhere then no doubt chase for a refund.

I ordered a skirt and was sent a completely different item. I was told by Brand Alley that they would intercept the order, but that was not done. They then sait it would be collected, but no one came to collect. Rubbish customer service and the Managers are no better!!!

Hi brought some pots for my garden 40cm grey they were both cracked one more than the other no reply as expected all about sell sell till it goes wrong don't buy be aware not what it seems

A friend of mine recommended this company, on this basis and what I saw on line I place an order. What a huge mistake, I ordered to items (tops) I was absolutely astounded when I took delivery of my parcel from Brand Alley. One item was fine however, the other item, the more expensive of the two was unbeliably damaged. One sleeve of this item was ripped from just under the arm to the cuff on the sleeve. Not only that the top was 'bobbled' in a number of areas, very suggestive as well as seemingly rather obvious this article had been worn! I sent pictures of it along with complaint via e mail. In fairness company quickly responded to my e mail. Needless to say I am returning this item and getting refunded.(all of which is an absolute inconvenience to me, not to mention a total disappointment) Rightly so, given this item was sent out to me in this state, totally unfit for purpose and incredulous that their lack of adequate quality/scrutiny checks allowed this item to have been dispatched and sent out to a customer. Incidentally, they could no offer me a replacement for said item as no availability! My first & last experience with this company!

I bought a pearl necklace priced at £65 from Brand Alley in January 2022 - the clasp at the back broke on the 3rd time of wearing - I sent a photo of the broken necklace but they refuse to refund because it didn't happen within 60 days of delivery! Furthermore I bought a pair of pearl earring priced at £35 in March 2022 - they are not fit for purpose because - whatever you do - they will not stay in your ears - again they sad they would not refund because they are for pierced ears. I am now taking both cases up with paypal.

Not in stock wasn't made aware a week later surely they would know instantly at the time of going to send the product in which case a refund should of be done then.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars 7 minutes ago Terrible customer service, 0 respect for their customers I have been costumer od Brandalley for over 14 years I made quite a lot of purchase though out the yeas I never complain about anything. I always been patient with delivery even though sometimes it takes longer than expected and sometime items come damage. However, this time my items has gone missing, it marked as delved, but I did not receive the item. I called Royal Mail they confirm that the item was scan as deliver in different address. I got in touch with Brandalley costumer service to my surprise I receive following email. “ I have investigated the tracking for this order and I can see this parcel is showing as having been delivered on the the 8th of March as you have also stated, In cases like this, it is our policy to request a handwritten sworn statement to confirm you have not received your item. Please hand write a statement, confirming which item is missing, including the order number, the date and your signature. Please may I ask you to then take a photo of this statement and attach this to a reply to this email” Upon receiving this email, I sent two emails to the customer service, and I receive zero response. After reading review on trust pilot, I realise that Brandalley don’t care about there customers once they your money you are on your own. Brandalley response to the negative revies are all the same. All I want is my money back, you sort out the saga Royal Mail. 1 looking at the tracking number is not investigation I have the same information. 2 Investigation is when you get in touch with Royal Mail, I find out what happen. 3 I don’t know if you notice but you are accusing me of liang. 4 This email you sent out looks like an intimidation to your customers. IFY Customers if your items gone missing on its way to you, because the carrier lost it or something else Brandalley will ask you to write a sworn statement confirming that, you are not a lair, deceiver, a cheat, a crook before they investigate the situation with party. And they don’t care about how stressful, and they care even less about their customers.

I have had the worst online shopping experience with brandalley. Please save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. One of the packages I ordered never reached me and when I complained to brandalley, they basically just told me the the courier delivered it to me and there’s nothing they can do about it. I never got a courier to my flat and obviously they could not give me any proof of delivery (no pictures, nothing). They refuse to give me a refund or resend the products. I can’t believe I lost so much money over this and I’m never ordering from here again.

I ordered an item on 6/12/21 which was confirmed as in stock. On checking my account confirmation the item has been dispatched on 11/12. On 14/12 I received an e mail saying the order was cancelled. On contacting the company requesting an explanation as to why they had cancelled my order, no explanation was forthcoming only that they would make a reimbursement minus an amount for my cancelling the order. I had to contact them again to point out I had not received the item nor had I cancelled the order. This item was for a Xmas present. I am now awaiting reimbursement. I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely shocking service. My order was due 10 days ago. I have e mailed 3 times and called twice. Each time I am promised a return confirmation of when my order will be delivered, yesterday by a supervisor, Meghan. Nothing. The order was for my sons birthday. He woke up to no presents. No idea when they will arrive - just constant lies and broken promises.
