“Terrible service, I received the wrong product, cannot find away to return large item of heavy pain. Hermes won't collect, I am stuck with this and am most annoyed. Don't use this company.”

“Ordered a frying pan from and paid extra for next day delivery, item turned up a week later. After second day started to email them to try to find out what was wrong, complete waste of time, tried phoning them, again phones not answered.
After trying for 2 weeks and numerous emails and phone call this so called firm still refuse to answer a phone call or email. If you still feel the need to buy ANYTHING from this company DO NOT pay extra for delivery and just hope you get the correct item undamaged because if you have a complaint this company do not want to know about you.”

Communication was very poor no call backs when promised.

“Sent us a faulty item which broke after a couple of months of normal use. From then on customer service has been the worst I can imagine it can be. Months of emails have got to the point where they actually admitted that the item was faulty and promised a full refund but this has never been paid and they're just ignoring emails again.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE”
“Will only despatch item when forced to by PayPal. Item is broken and refund refused. They report you to eBay if you try and pursue it, as if you're in the wrong for wanting a refund on a broken item that took nearly a fortnight to despatch. Now having to resort to trading standards to get my money back. Scum of the earth, don't buy anything of them.”
