“I was a BOTB lifestyle winner back in Feb 2021, I won the PS5 bundle. I was shcoked when learned they are posting prizes on their site without the ability to source them before hand. I waited 4 months for my PS5 in the end i gave up and was able to source 3x PS5 for my family and friends via Discord premium alerts. After arguing for 4 months they finally agreed to give me cash alternative only when I got lawyers involved. Now i am having a new issue the gaming chair i recieved as part of my bundle is defective the leather has worn out and the stiching is ripping. I contacted BOTB to sort it out as they supplied me with the item they told me to contact the manufacturer myself? as their job is only to supply the product? They have a supplier which sent me the chair I spoke to them they told me their not responsbile? So i contacted the manfuacturer directly their based in germany and responded to me in german? so what I meant to do? been asing BOTB for help but they wont help me at all. Under T's & C's 12.1 they believe their protected I have now got my barrister involved to tell them whos now responsible. I contacted the CEO for both companies via LinkedIn and both are ignoring my claims. My barrister has began the paper work. This company is a joke. You have a better chance of winning the lottery it is all fraud and a scam! they can't source prizes and their odds are awful so many better competition sites out their with real customer satisfaction.
