I ordered a personalised calendar for my sister for Christmas. However, when it arrived most of the pictures were blurry. I chatted to them through their costumer service and they said that my pictures were blurry in the first place. But bonus print didn't tell me like it should've done. I asked for a refund and they said they'd only give 25% back unless I sent the calendar back. However, this would cost me quite a bit of money for postage. I'm very disappointed and will not be using bonus print again

Terrible app and webpage. Went with funky pigeon in the end. The stress was to much trying to use such an awful site to create what should be a simple personalised calendar.

Ordered a standard set of photo prints of my family, children and friends. Waited a long time to be sent a completely random set of pictures from another family. We now have hundreds of photos of strangers and their extended family and no photographs of my own family. I contacted customer service with my concerns believing that my families pictures are now in the hands of god knows who! Such a violation of privacy. Customer service apologised for the inconvenience and offered 50% off my next order, no grasp of the affect this mistake will have on two different families. There is absolutely no way I will ever order from Bonusprint or in fact any other online service, as this experience has completely turned me off using an online company to print personal photos of my family, having lost all trust and confidence that they can deliver correctly. Have asked for a full refund and refused the offer of a reprint, as again I cannot trust them to get the 2nd order right! Still extremely angry and upset. Avoid these incompetent yahoos! Save your sanity and print yourself

Very disappointed with their service For my husband's 40th birthday I designed a special book with 40 of his closest friends and family writing notes for him and sending scanned pictures. It took me longer than expected to design the book on their software. Sweat, blood and tears, sleepless nights ... everything was involved. I worked backwards from my husband's birthday date and ensured it met the deadline provided by Bonus print for delivery by Feb 1. After placing the order which was for £100 and following up with customer service - I was shocked to get a reply saying 'We have delays, we do not expedite individual orders, please share the online link of the book' Then why charge £100? I could have made a power point and been better off! I emailed/called/contacted them via social media again asking them again and again to ensure the delivery happened in the timeline provided by them. Finally they claimed to have shipped on 28 jan Friday and asked me to follow up with royal mail. Royal mail put me on hold for 2 hrs and finally told me bonus print had created a label but not handed the book to them. I contacted bonus print again and to cut a long story short, the item never arrived on the birthday. it was a heartbreak. Oh gosh 40 people around the world had to be told to not mention the book when they wished him and were as sad as me that the birthday had been ruined by bonus print. Never again and never will recommend them or their horrible service to anyone! I really regret having made the book on bonus print, their terrible customer service who recommended sharing 'online version' and the way they ruined my day and my husband's special day :(

Terribly hard to use creative app. Can’t find any instructions for tool use. Just wasted a good couple of hours of my time. I’ll return to snapfish who’s tools are much easier to use and explain actions provided.

Really disappointed in the quality of print. Way over saturated and red in colour, compared to the retouching and colour levels I had achieved in Photoshop as a graphic designer. They should do colour correction before sending images out. Im glad I did a test print to me before sending photo copies out to 24 other recipients.

Absolutely appalling customer service from Bonusprint. AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE. A week ago I had a photobook delivered which was not what I had designed. I complained and explained exactly, in a lot of detail, including photos of my book and a photo of a previous perfect book I had made, how I wanted the book to be. They assured me they would send out a new book free of charge and that it would be better. Fast forward to today and I receive an IDENTICAL copy of the one I complained about. What a waste of my time getting in touch with customer services just to be ignored. I have been a loyal customer of Bonusprint for at leat 5 years but will never use again. AVOID.

I ordered 2 sets of personalised thank you cards. What arrived was 20 photo prints with envelopes and writing all over the back so they were unuseable. The customer service lady was love and sent a voucher to cover postage and cards and advised me to order the folded cards. When I looked closely a lot of the 'cards' on the card maker are just photo prints. I couldn't even order my original design as a folded card. It turned out the folded cards were a lot more expensive. Plus the voucher didn't cover postage. So I had to spend another £10 to get my order completed.

I ordered or thought I had ordered some cards with my own graphic. They were to be used as notelets and I ordered from the advertised 'card' options. What I actually received was 30 photos which couldn't even be used as a postcard as the backs are stamped. Some customer error maybe as the 'order received email did say customised photoprint but I didn't dream it meant just the photo. Why envelopes are included if it isn't in notelet/card form beats me. This was in addition to being told the order would be late. It is the only company which doesn't make it clear what the terminology of 'card' is. I have never bought a card which doesn't have an inside!

Have ordered two photo books at different times and both have been delivered within 7 days. Also the quality is superb. The software is easy to use even for an oldie like me (84 years).

I ordered some prints on 23rd April and some were delivered in a piecemeal fashion with deliveries on 29th April and another on the 6th May and the final print has still not been delivered on 12th May. I needed all the prints for a project that had to be submitted on 7th May. The result is that I had to reorder the prints at significant additional cost from another company and they delivered the product to me within 48 hours. I would not use Bonusprint even if they offered me a 100% discount!!

I ordered 2 photo books as Christmas presents. The order was accepted in November and I received confirmation that the order would be with me before Christmas. Unfortunately this was not the case. I had to purchase alternative gifts for my niece and nephew. Part of my order arrived on Christmas Eve. The remainder arrived the following week. Several phone calls later I was refunded for the book that arrived after Christmas. I wished to return both books as they failed to meet my requirements however despite being told they would refund me and send out an envelope for the return of same but it never arrived. Would I use them again. No. Disappointing all round service including customer service.

After purchasing the product 2 months ago. They have delivered the wrong product twice, blaming technical error. Still haven't received the product. It was meant to be a Christamas Present. Will never use them again!

Previously Bonus Print have given a good service, but not now and they don’t sort out any problems Whatever you do don’t waste your time using the app, it’s useless and loses projects, which take a long time to complete, only to find they have disappeared. The customer “care“ is either patronising or non existent Don’t bother use another company w

It has taken me several weeks to start writing this review, because I was so annoyed at being let down by Bonus Print. I used to use them in the past, quite happily, but this has been ruined by their atrocious service, this Christmas. I ordered two Calendars, one of which needed to be sent overseas, in what I considered plenty of time ( the first week of December). On the 20th( a Friday!),after frantic chasing on the 17th, I received a vague message saying that the order would be with me in plenty of time for Christmas, but that I could cancel, if I so wished!!!! I don’t consider late afternoon on Christmas Eve ( when I finally received my Order), in “ plenty of time” This cost me 4 lots of postage, because it was obviously far too late to send for Christmas and I had to post incomplete parcels. This was in addition to the embarrassement of trying to explain the lack of a present. I am totally disgusted by the lack of service from Bonus Print. They have completely lost the trust of myself, my Family and friends. VERY, VERY POOR! It is just a shame that I could not select 0 stars, because I certainly would have done.

Placed my order with Bonus Print on 8 December (over a month ago), but he premium matt prints have not arrived. I have raised this with Bonus print on three separate occasions over the past two weeks - but I've not received any reply. They have taken my money but not delivered the photos. Very disappointing, as they ordered for my niece's Christmas present. And the customer care can only be described as appalling.

Initially I struggled with the photobook process but after 3 attempts I sent my order. The Xmas cut off was Friday 13/12. I managed to send my order at 4 am on Sunday morning. I figured as they worked Mon to Friday I might still be in with a chance. I called on the following Thursday to try and check progress, but the girl was very unhelpful and said the order had gone down to the processing floor, she didn't know exactly where it was in the process but It would not be ready for Xmas. Did I want to cancel. Umm, No I wanted the Xmas gift? Yesterday I received an email to say it had been despatched. I checked the tracking with royal mail and they haven't received it yet, 31/12. I placed the order on the 15/12. I also ordered 2 photobooks from popsa, not as urgent, the previous week. Both arrived within the week and we're of a good quality. I'm Totally disatisfied with bonus print

Biggest waste of time trying to order a photo calender. When using the App, after selecting all the photos you then find you can't select any style of calender, only the one on offer and also unable to customise it with any dates. It would be useful to know this, before you start the selection. Web site no better as after wasting a few more hours of my time it omitted most of the calender months. After a chat with bonus print and a 100 line reply, apparently it was due to my cookies being set wrong. The 100 line reply was how I could remindy this problem. An alert before you start would be helpful. At this point I decided to get out of this and went to another company and my photo calender was completed in 30 minutes!!! Well done Funky Pigeon you will certainly get my custom again. Much cheaper and not the extortionate £5.99 that bonusprint charge for postage.

Total waste of time. Ordered 2 calendars at the beginning of December for family members who live away, arrived on the 23rd December in the afternoon so far too late to send for Christmas Day. Bonus Print's website does say allow extra time in busy periods but really? What is the point of delivering them a day before Christmas Eve? I've ordered personalised calenders for a number of years from other companies and somehow in the "busy period" they managed to print and deliver in plenty of time. Won't use Bonus Print again.

I wish i could give no stars. Absolutely the WORST experience. I ordered books in November to commemorate my grandfather who recently died. They printed them all wrong, then offered a reprint, making out like they were doing me a favour when it was their mistake. I explained I needed them long before christmas and was told this was no problem as the reorder went in the first weekend of December long before the christmas cut off. I am still waiting for my order now, it is still in production and customer service has been appalling with them telling me to just be patient... I never received an email telling me it wouldn't come before christmas either, so have had no idea when this order would come. Bonusprint has absolutely no sympathy or understanding whatsoever, just stop lying to everyone and be honest with your delivery times, and maybe people wouldn't be so angry about it!
