“Package 2 months late, still waiting. I don’t review companies, but have to warn people against this one. Ordered 17th Dec, still no package in sight (today is 8th Feb). No one has ever reached out to tell me there’s an issue or apologise. I’ve emailed several times asking where it is & been assured it will be here very soon (at one point it was definitely arriving by 19th Jan, that obviously didn’t happen). There are lots of amazing eco businesses out there & they give a damn when things go wrong. Don’t waste your time with this one x”

“Good range of household, beauty and cleaning products with frequent offers and discounts. Interesting articles and information about individual brands. Goods offered are either natural, organic or with as few chemicals as possible. Certainly worth browsing their website and delivery is very quick. I use them at least once every 2 months.”

“The items arrived as required. There is a good search facility and a lot of choice on the website. I like the fact that they sell environmentally friendly goods, which are useful alternatives to normal products. I liked the fun sticker on the brown cardboard box (that the goods arrived in), which encourages the customer to re-use the box itself.”
