“£500 radiator order and wrong radiators were sent.
Had to pay £45 for collection before spending another £500 on radiators.
When original items were refunded, only part of the order was refunded, leaving me in debt for collection as well as for an item that was returned.
Awaiting a reply as to why.”

“*Edit: Dropping from 2 stars to 1 because the situation continues to drag and the CS Team have suggested I go get a decorator cap for a valve that has a faulty thermostatic mechanism and another that has the connection points the wrong way round. Riddle me that! I'm 2 weeks into 'troubleshooting' the same two valves- it's nonsense and has probably cost more servicing this complaint than sending the replacements I need. As mentioned, I have NO interest in trying to keep these valves to get a freebie. Have them back! At this point, I want to throw them away, buy them from somewhere else and charge back to BH!
Ordered column style radiators and matching traditional valves. Two valves are faulty, so called Customer Services who advised me to send pictures to the Tech team to verify my claim and organise replacements. Now I'm locked in a back and forth email thread, with Best Heating pushing back on me telling me there's no issue and the plumber telling me there is. The valve endlessly turns without effect and another can't be fixed into the correct position due to the 15mm facing the wrong way. I've spent over £3K and I'm trying to get a replacement for £79 valves. This is made more stressful by CS taking 2-3days to respond to each new message. Our project has been an absolute nightmare, a year of problems and when things like this that require simple solutions take weeks, with little compassion and enthusiasm for helping, the goal of getting moved in before we lose our minds drifts further away each day.
I can feel the reluctance to help with the tone of each email and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated. The whole Aftersales experience is so unnecessarily convoluted and 'tick box' driven, rather than clear and customer relationship focused.”
“Fast and efficient and very well done job Steve knows his business as does Frank the owner he did a great job was here when he said he’d be here didn’t take very long to finish the job and the price was extremely reasonable definitely will use them in the future”
“Ordered a radiator. It arrived in a box, looked fine. Got a gas engineer in, opened the box, radiator bent. Called the company - offered to send a new one. Fine. They offered no discount (to help pay for the gas engineer). They then have made me take ANOTHER 1/2 day off work to wait for ANOTHER company who will take away the old radiator. Worst customer service in quite some time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”
“Don't order from this company! Complete waste of time. Paid for next day delivery of two radiators. Called the company after I had placed the next day delivery order just to make sure that they had received the order. They reassured me that the delivery would go out. Next day no delivery!!! Call company to find out what happened "sorry your delivery didn't go out!!!" Jokers, waste of time. Take your money elsewhere.”
“I am only able to have electric radiators. Delivery good BUT you have to use WIFI to set up timer/temperature. Very difficult to pair them to iPad even when your standing right next to them, it tells you that there is an error and not connecting. I thought that it would be easy to set up timer/temperature but no. Instructions difficult to follow. One of them is cold on top corner and when I called re help was told I had to top it up with water and it would have to be taken off the wall. I requested that it be replaced but this was refused. If your not savvy with Bluetooth etc then these are definitely not for you!!! The only plus is that they look nice…. Very disappointed as I had completely refurbished after moving into a retirement apartment but find the Bluetooth etc problematic and complicated.”
“Lead times are false. Goods coming from UK and they don't give carrier correct paperwork. Still waiting almost 4 weeks for two rads. Now have no heat in two rooms till January. Avoid best heating”
“Ordered a radiator on Sunday evening and paid for next day delivery - waited in all day and it did not arrive. Called BestHeating Tuesday morning and was told there is a backlog with delivery. I appreciate this can happen but a heads up wouldn't have gone a miss.
Had to cancel order as it will not arrive in time.

No decent web based business should be taking your money for stock they don’t have. Very poor- have cancelled both items and bought the same items from an online competitor. Still to receive the refund- which can take up to 5 days they say!!”

Basically, they not just only failed delivery and created a lot of troubles with the building plans and my builder, but also a lot of phone calls and email back, and asked to do all the manual works for their collection services.
