“Received a defective product, sent it back, they disputed whether it was defective. They refunded the cost of the product only, but not the original shipping I paid them and not the amount I paid to send it back. They were extremely unhelpful and rude, I would avoid doing any business with this company.”

“My experience with this store is… My experience with this store is terrible. I bought a backpack on sale to 35 pounds. 5 days after they refund my money without notice. I tried to speak with them and they told me that that price was their mistake and the cancelled my order and if i want i can re order for 85 pounds!!. Not only they did not honour their won mistake,they were rude and they did not even offeer mi maybe some kind of discount for their own mistake. Dont botter on buying in this place,try in in different ones like luggagesuperstore that they have the sames prices and better costumer care.”

“AVOID!!! I had such a horrible experience with them today i still can't believe what happened. I made an order yesterday and checked out,paid everything was fine. Today i saw a full refund from them. Without any message. I called them to know the reason. I got such an uggly rude woman on the line saing that i should read and its note very clear that the minimum order should be 150£ the 50£ is for orders over the phone! . On the website its note 150£ and down there minimum order 50£ nothing about over the phone and when i said ok can you place the order over the phone then? She started to lought!!! . And the website allowed me to check out and to pay all was fine just a lier!!! Or is it because my name is not British?!!! I don't understand the reasen but what 100% sure is , is that she shouldn't had to speak to me like this and if it was not the minimum amount the website shouldn't allowed me to check out. She was so rude and finelly when i said that she is doing very rude she disconnected the call! When i wanted to write them an email after that i got a replay from Microsoft back that my message didn't arrive because they think its spam!!!! What a shame what an uggly behaviour ...these people are just cowboys believe me stay away from them if you want good service”

“They have excellent customer service updates. The stock ran out in early December and they kept me update for the few weeks before new stock arrived. I was given the option to cancel my order. They informed me as soon as the item was in stock and dispatched as well as promptly updating me on the courier so I could make local arrangements for collection. All over the festive period too! Great family company to do business with.”
