Ordered two pairs of shoes, one of the shoe boxes were empty upon arrival. I have been nothing but helpful, I provided proof and photos at every request and they have rejected my request for a refund and blocked my accountand essentially accused me of stealing. I returned the other pair of shoes and the empty box as requested and now will not receive a refund for either pair. I have never stolen in my life, if I had why would I go to the extremes of supporting them or returned the other pair of shoes? Surely if I had stolen them I would have advised both of them had been taken and refused to support with the investigation? As my account has been deactivated I cannot even dispute this as their messaging uses your email to log in. Terrible service and accusations.

Where is the minus option? Was sent counterfeit item and sent it back. Then got an email stating that the box of my returns only included a t-shirt? Tried to get in contact, customer service non existent. STAY AWAY if you value your money. Don't know how these guys get away with these practices.

The worst customer service and returns system - I have started a return and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still cannot return the item! It’s really really shocking! You cannot call them, you can only send a message and it takes ages for them to reply to you and they make it as hard as possible to return an item. It’s extremely shocking, DO NOT USE THEM, IT’S A SCAM!!!

the website say download app for 20% off. This is misleading customers. Many items are listed as not applicable to the discount. The website also says 15% off first order but again when you put the code in it says not applicable to this product.

Really poor customer service. I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks for my partner. The item never arrived so I was advised through the live chat function to contact them by email which I did. I still haven’t received a single acknowledgment to my 4 emails. I eventually got a response via Instagram but only got a partial refund for the product. I didn’t even get the refund for the (next day) delivery I paid! Really poor customer service!

This company are a JOKE. I sent back a pair of shoes after having them on my feet for 5 minutes at the most - they were sent back to them via courier the day after I received them. They waited for 2 weeks to tell me they were unfit to be accepted to be returned and wont refund my money. I have been in correspondence with them and have asked for photographs of the shoes as they were received as I want to know what the issue is (to note they kindly sent them back to me - 2 weeks after I sent them back) for the last 7 days and they have not sent these to me. Given that I have the perfectly good shoes back with me as they kindly sent them back! I am intrigued to see what the issue is! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Thank God I brought them on my credit card as I can now get them to claw back the money (£120 so not a small amount) Totally rubbish service from start to finish and as for the customer service, they cant even read the thread of an email correspondence so don't bother trying to get anything done via them!

Do not use this company! Ordered shoes a month ago, received them damaged. After 2 weeks of speaking to customer service and being promised a new pair, they send out an email to say they no longer have my size in stock. They were ordered for an occasion and now I will not be able to order them elsewhere in time.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered slippers 25th November and still have not arrived. They will not give me a refund. The goods have been lost by courier.

Do not buy from them. Their customer service is a disgrace. I had to return a pair of shoes and still no refund 1 months later. They don't provide a prepaid postage label for returns, or at least a paid label. You have to organize it yourself, which is extremely expensive if you live out of Europe. I had to pay $70 AUD to return from Australia to Poland WTF!!! They will not issue you with a refund, and if you email/message them they keep repeating the same nonsense that the shoes haven't arrived, when the tracking number clearly shows that the parcel is there. Then they'll ask you for the tracking details, and once you provide those details, they'll ignore them and ask you again. I've literally provided the details 6 times without success. I keep getting the same reply, "Please provide the tracking details". I think they purposely try to make you crazy so they don't have to provide a refund. SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I ordered some UK 10 Ugg boots at the end of August and a US10 was sent. I was then told to send them back for a full refund . I sent them back then 2 weeks later another paid if US10 boots have been delivered . You can’t call them as their lines are always unavailable. The app messages function doesn’t show you the replies . I have been told it needs to goto a specialist team WHY! Customer service is not helpful at all . It’s now mid-October and I don’t have a refund or the correctly sized boots . Avoid at all costs .

I have payment problem regarding to the Wechat method pay. It shows paid successful on my Wechat, but the website didn't redirect to the confirmation page. I double checked that my bank showed it paid to allsole already. I contacted them by live Chat and Email, the only thing is asking me to wait. I have my order number, transaction number. I can not contact their finance team directly, I don't know why they are taking so long to invetigate it? I have all the evidence but I can't send it to them directly. It was a birthday gift, but it was too late!!! Very Very Very unsatisfied with its shopping experience. Please refund to me!!!!

I bought shoes and the parcel went missing . After over a month trying to get to the bottom of this they reply is we have to wait for other team to get back to us . So probably I will be left with no shoes and no money . Won’t buy again Thank

ordered a pair of shoes in green and they sent me a black pair. When I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange the person I spoke to could not help and straight after the green shoes were removed from the site. I’m still waiting to hear back from them.

Forget about refund or return from this company. It’s from the AllSole. It’s not free postage for return. We've received your request for a return. All instructions on how to proceed can be found within the attached document, simply send back using the cut-out address label. You will also need to include the completed returns form with your item(s). This will help us to process your return as quickly as possible. Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a service which insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us. Please retain a copy of your receipt and send to us through your account. Upon this being received by us we will refund your return postage costs, please ensure this cost is kept to a maximum of 15% of the value of your item. Unfortunately I have to complain about the delivery service of this company. On May 16 I bought a pair of shoes in this store this should have been delivered to Ukraine. I’ve checked before ordering, the info on their website insured me that international shipping is not an issue for them. According to info I’ve received from the store it had to be delivered between May 28 and June 11, but the shipment didn't arrive. Also I couldn't see exactly where my shoes are located, since I didn't have access to see these details on the FedEx website. So i am also questioning the choice of the store to offer untraceable delivery. At the moment of the checkout, I did not pay attention to the delivery options (my fault) but I sincerely think that this should not be offered especially for international deliveries. The Allsole representative answered: "Unfortunately, it does not seem that this was arranged to be sent via a tracked service therefore I cannot provide you with any relevant tracking updates." They also added that they will start investigating where my package is located directly with the delivery service FedEx. To do this I needed to fill out a DOR document. While I was waiting for a couple of days for a response from the manager, I decided to email directly to the FedEX support service on my own to speed up the process. Here's what they answered. "Good afternoon, Anna. The parcel was not picked up by a FedEx courier. The parcel is not in transit. The sender must be contacted. Thanks." Allsole managers replied that they are very sorry, but they do not know where my package is. Also added that I can make a refund or choose other shoes since these are no longer in stock. I replied that I needed a refund and asked when to expect it. More than 4 days have passed since the last letter from the AllSole manager and I still have not received an answer and money. Words can’t describe how upset I am because this package was very important to me since there were my WEDDING shoes. They were out of stock almost everywhere. I really had my hopes up high for this store, which I regret now. I just lost my time. I made an order so early on purpose because on July 3rd they should have been with me. But everything turned out the worst way and I cannot make my dream wedding look come true. I hope that the money will be returned to me as soon as possible. And hope that refund is arranged ASAP. I recommend to avoid this store especially if some important event is coming up. Now I am out of shoes and my money. Watch out and save yourself some time

Very bad experience. CAN'T CHANGE OR CANCEL after placing a pair of shoe and found it was wrong size just 2 hours time. Allsole said can ask for return and refund after you received. It took 20days to arrive Singapore.I took the ORIGINAL packing to Post office to check to shipping fee(£42+/-) & emailed & notified them. Message return to me, they only willing to bear 15% shipping fee. After few negotiations, they are NOT going to bear any shpg fee. I sincerely hope all buyers from all places not to let them cheat. Lastly to highlight, the product was MADE IN INDIA.
