The shipping to my place of residence took way too long. There was also no tracking info given to me of the time of purchase to track my package so I had no way of knowing where my package was until it reached my local post office. I wouldn’t recommend anybody who lives in the US purchase anything here until these 2 problems are fixed. I don’t know how I can order stuff from ASOS which is in the same country as you guys are & have my stuff get here in 2 days. Plus the shipping fee for US customers is a little rediculous. Again, with ASOS their shipping fees are free if you pay a one time fee of $19.99. You get an entire year worths of Free 2 day shipping. There’s a wider selection of the brands I’m looking for. I just went with you guys because at the time ASOS didn’t have those Ellesse slides but you guys did so I tried you guys out. I’m not impressed at all!

The item was over priced and I brought the same item again on Amazon for £12.00 less.

Well, ordered said items, paid for them, charges appeared on my card statements, then vendor cancelled my order without notification. It is only when I queried delivery that they informed me of cancellation. Was told they cannot ship Adidas outside of EU, whereas I have successfully purchased similar items from vendors in Europe.

I'm normally 100% happy with all aspects of my purchases however unfortunately on my most recent one the top I ordered even though it was correctly labeled X small (which is what I ordered) it came up fitting like a medium size would. It was a present for someone but I'm not really the returning of goods type so fortunately gave it to someone it fitted. Shame because you guys have never let me down but I guess it was a manufacturer fault as opposed to you guys. Don't worry I'm still cool and won't effect my purchasing. Cheers Ronnie.

I had to pay for the delivery, then it was the wrong size and I had to pay to return it to yourselves, so all in all about £20 for nothing, hence will not use you again.

Trousers arrived promptly but although I had ordered my usual size they were way too big......at least one size. Paid for delivery and when returned via a carrier (as no proper internet shop returns system in place) cost me another €14.50 to send back. All in all I'm well out of pocket as the refund has arrived back in to my account nearly €11.00 different to what I originally paid for the product and delivery. To be fair I love the brands and old school feel of 80's Casual Classics and would definitely order more from the site.........but can't afford the hassle or out of pocket expenses. I use lots of other online shops that have free returns policy, maybe that is something 80's Casual Classics could look at to entice me back?

I don't recieve shipment tracking info, I had to call twice in order to know where my package after 4 or 5 days after I made my purchase. In result of doing that my last package came up missing becuase my post office either left it at my front door or someone at post office stole it.. for security purposes there should be an option where a signature is required for package to be delivered so it would not be left on front foor. I ordered a pair of addidas that I never recieved, and now my size is not availible.

I’m sorry to say that after several attempts to buy on pre order the Dublin CW Sambas it’s obvious you do not have them in stock. Why advertise? I have secured a pair via another retailer

The edges of the two sleeves of my garment jacket were uneven. One was approximately 5 mm longer than the other. I took a photo of them and sent to you but you considered this to be as expected. I was only offered to return the jacket and get my money back - not to have it exchanged for one with identical sleeve edges. Otherwise it is well made and I am satisfied apart from this - it is a pity that it is assymetrical. You should be more careful not to send garments to customers that are so deficient as mine is and - mainly - be prepared to change them for appropriate ones if delivered deficient by mistake! y jacket.

Love some of the clothes ,but when i bought some trainers ,i was down Middlesbrough town center and they were in JD Sports for 10 pound cheaper.

Shoes arrived and the right shoe had some marks on that appear's to be glue. The left shoe front toe area has been poorly finished and the suede is now rough and not acceptable for a pair of trainers that have hardly been worn and are approx a month old. Really disapointed!

I pre-ordered a track top on 15th June and had to ring to ask when I could expect as the advert stated it would be shipped 30th June. The lady was polite but stated that she could give me no indication of when it would be received from the makers to ship to me. I note that particular track top advert now indicates 31st July. Is it beyond the realms of reasonableness to check with the manufacturers when we can expect to receive our pre-ordered items. £69 up the swanee!!!!

I was sent me the wrong item and then had to send the item back myself before I was sent the correct item. I ordered the jacket for a special occasion and after being sent to wrong thing it was 3 weeks since I ordered my jacket until I recived it. I was given no kind of compensation for the error that 80s casuals had made. Not even an offer for a disscont if I was to use them again.

The size I got was the size my boyfriend has in jeans but on arrival they were way too small. I wanted to swap them but you no longer had them in stock and living in Australia I can't them back in time to get a refund as post takes a long time!!!! Would you let me send them back even if it's outside the 30 days???

As you had selected the ' UK Saturday Delivery' delivery option your order was processed and dispatched for the coming Saturday.
