“These guys put the main dealerships to shame! I don't think I've seen better customer service either within or outside the motor industry than what these guys are doing. The moment I filled in the online contact form I got a call back within minutes and then received frequent updates with pictures when my engine was being rebuilt. I even messaged on whatsapp after I got the car back to ask a question and they called me straight back with an answer. It really is customer service at its finest. They also do a fantastic job of rebuilding engines and you can tell they really care about what they do. My Range Rover Sport got the dreaded crank snap and after unsuccessfully trying to get Land Rover to do something (who were trying to charge me double what 4x4 Engine Rebuilds did btw) I contacted 4x4 who managed to recover the car from 80 miles away that very day (and I contacted them in the afternoon). The job estimation was 15 working days, which I thought was very fair for such a big job, but they managed to get it done in around a week and were even working on the car on a Saturday! I got the car home last night and it's driving great. I can't recommend and thank 4x4 Engine Rebuilds enough for the amazing service and the professional, quality job they've done on my car.”

“I cooked my 2012 Discovery 4 engine when the water pump split whilst towing, I had recently had a recon engine fitted at great expense by a local garage and was at my wit's end. A friend recommended 4x4engine rebuilds and after speaking to Ali we agreed on a very reasonable price including collection from Devon. I was kept up to date by WhatsApp with pictures of my engine being removed and sorted. All in all a great service. I was nervous about sending it so far but found them to be thoroughly professional and would not hesitate to recommend them. Paddy”

“I highly recommend this garage, Ali brothers and team! I did a lot of research an found this garage, it had good reviews, so I contacted the boys an got a quote of them, it was a little bit more than I was quoted by another garage but the other garage had bad reviews, so for the sake the extra few hundred pound, I thought it would be a better option. My car was picked up the next day, by lovely pick up man, as my Range Rover evoque autobiography wouldn’t start, as I blew the engine with no oil and it had a flat battery, my car was quickly recovered and my neighbours was pleased, at this point I was still a bit worried my car was gonna be scrapped an sold on eBay 🤦🏻‍♀️ when my car arrived in barking Essex, pictures was all taken and I had regular updates, the boys answered calls an messages straight away, videos was done as work was being completed an then I was told my turbo had gone, I was pissed off but still my own fault as I ran my car without oil, they got it done for me, I had a few other little minor things like a new oil stick ect, this was all over Christmas, I was helped from start to finished!! I went to collect my car and I knew I needed a new battery but it was still under warranty, so to save myself a few hundred pounds, I said I would drive home like it an get a new one of the garage who supplied me one, I forgot to take stop start off the car as I drove away and about a mile down the road I broke down again as it cut out with stop start, I rung the boys an they sent someone round straight away to help me, I’m now back at home with my car working, thanks for everythink boys I really appreciate it! Ps does anyone wanna buy a Range Rover evoque!!!”

“My 4.4 Range Rover needed a full engine rebuild, so I started getting quote I had a quote local to me in Sunderland and the price can in at £13500 . Do some research I came across 4x4 engine rebuild. The quote came in at £5000 pound cheaper which was a big shock. The first garage advertised me not to take it far as London , and said if the car comes back they would not touch it , 4x4 got my car collected form Sunderland When they started working on my car they sent updates on wots app every other day which made me feel more comfortable My car was in a bad way , but 4x4 has got my ranger rover like brand new now , I’m over the moon with the 1st class service they have provided, I would recommend them to anybody wanting any work do , From start to finish first class company. Thanks again to a brilliant company and your work force First class Regards tony”

“What can i say ! this guy got back to us about my sons evoque we were struggling with a code NO ONE COULD HELP OR GIVE US THE TIME OF DAY IN BRISTOL !! he confidently told us the problem, and even showed us where the sensor was, on face time. He went above and beyond his call of duty, to help us out, so impressed !! thank you so much as No one seemed to have a clue what the code was in bristol, with out spending thousands looking for it. wish you were in bristol, but saying that i think it would be worth the hassle in future to send it to you, i will be referring every one i know with a range and put it all over the forums. fantastic customer service and care, some thing you just dont get any more. think you could teach range rover a thing or two. have a brill xmas guys and thank you so much for your help.”

“Absolutely amazing! I had a Discovery Sport that the timing chain snapped on while traveling down the road. After being recovered and speaking to different garages, many said the car was for scrap and others said they wouldn’t touch it. I then rang 4X4 Engine Rebuilds. After explaining the problem, they gave me a quote that I couldn’t quite believe due to how competitive it was, to the point where I had to double check what they said! With that they organised for a recovery truck to come to my address in Lincolnshire and pick up the car on Monday afternoon. I was very wary, as sending your car off to someone in London is a bit daunting as I was unsure if I would see it again, however on the phone they were very re-assuring. The next day I received a photo at 08:30 hours showing me my car had arrived…..at 10:00 hours I received a photo of the engine out of the car. Throughout the week I received photos and videos of the work on the engine which put my mind at rest! Throughout the work, a fault was found with my turbo, and instead of putting a new one without asking and charging me for it, they contacted me and gave another very competent price! By Friday I received a video of the first start up of the car with the new engine rebuild, followed by a messages saying the car would be ready on Monday morning. I organised to collect the car Tuesday, which bought on the next concern….paying. However, I was worrying over nothing as 4X4 engines sent me a full invoice, with a break down of the work completed and the exact monies owed as what was agreed. With that I went on Tuesday to pick it up. The car was fully valeted and in immaculate condition. The guys were so friendly and inviting, even watching me out of the yard and waving me off. The owners/staff at 4X4 Engine Rebuilds are possibly the most talented and professional engineers I have ever come across. Thank you all so much!”
