“***** 5 stars!! I’ve now used Vic & team twice to clear a blocked domestic drain. On both occasions, Vic went out of his way to provide a top quality service. He is incredibly responsive, helpful and fairly priced. Most recently Vic answered a 8pm Sunday evening call to clear a completely blocked drain, arriving at the house 20 minutes later and preventing what could have been a much bigger problem. Amazing service and friendly people. I cannot recommend Vic and team highly enough.”

“They came immediately. Sorted the issue in 10 minutes. Cleared away all residue from the full manhole so it looked like it had never happened. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue. Very friendly too. Thank you!”

“I work for a management company and one of my sites needed works undertaking. I had used other companies in the past for service and repair but was really struggling to pin them down on quotes for required work etc. I emailed a few companies and I am so glad that 3 Flow Drainage was one of them. I have dealt with Vic who has been so responsive and informative that it has made the whole process run smoothly. They carried out a survey to look at what would be required (repair or replacment) and the report back was informative. Extremely happy with the service I have received and I hope to use 3 Flow Drainage every year for servicing and maintenance. No need to look elsewhere. 5* service - thank you.”

“We needed a camera survey, of the drains, to be carrried as part of a house sale. Friendly chap came, showed us the situation on his screen and also provided us with a copy of his findings. Very helpful, thorough and, most importantly, we were comfortable with his demeanour. No hard sell. Thank you, very much appreciated.”

“Returned from holiday to find our toilet blocked and overflowing. In a panic, I rang and spoke to a really nice man who assured me that someone would be there within the hour. Sure enough, he arrived, and had it sorted in a flash. Thank you, not only for sorting out the toilet, but for your kindness. I recommend you 100%!”
