Don't use this group of amateurs, pre ordered game to arrive on 10th, still not arrived, did not use the postage method I paid extra for, customer service total waste of time do not care for their customers.

I recently pre-ordered a game from 365 Games and I must admit because of this shambolic experience I will not be using the store again in the future. From the lack of clarity on the item listing (with procedures that seem to counter there own dispatch policy on games with CD Keys), to the shocking lack of communications (simply not receiving replies to some messages) to the abysmal lack of any real customer services at all. It is now looking like I will not receive the game till a week after the release date at earliest. Now correct me if I'm wrong but the point of pre-ordering a game is to ensure you have it on release day. Trust me the small saving is not worth using this site at all. So please do what I did not and pay attention to the reviews here and elsewhere this is not a one off problem and seems to just be the 'norm' at 365 Games.

Good price but took over 3 weeks for delivery. When I questioned "where my stuff"? I was accused of not reading the website, had to send a screen shot of the date on the website. No apology just it was fault with website information. Poor as was present for a birthday.

First and last order with them. I ordered a bundle of 3 mini folder with them. Item received only contained one. I contacted their custumer service immediately upon receipt. No answer ... after several chase they finally answered saying they need to consult the product specialist. After chasing again they finally declined the return. After chasing again they finally agreed to the return asking me to pay for the return cost AND the initial postage cost. An absolute joke. Not onlyt they are way more expensive than the competition, if you have any issue you can be sure they will let you down. I will never order again !! Avoid at all cost !!

I sent for a DVD for my grandson. Unfortunately it was age 18 and my grandson is only 12 so my son did not wish him to have it. My daughter in law had trashed the envelope snd paperwork but the video was intact. The staff at Game 365 were really great. They emailed back right away and the paperwork was emailed to me. I would use them again snd recommend them and staff highly.

Don't order if you want anything delivered quickly. My order wasn't sent for 14 days and finally arrived after 16 days.

Ordered black ops Cold War on September 23rd told it was dispatched on Tuesday it is now Saturday one day passed release and still no game the whole point of a pre order is to get it on the day of release or day before not 4 days after release never again will I use these idiots again customer service is shocking and now it’s Saturday there is no one available to talk to even though probably hit me with the covid excuse

It is now 2 days passed the release date of a game and I still do not have it. I am so angry with myself for trying to save £2 with these guys. i would rather have paid £5 more and had it on the day of release. If you want it day of release stear clear of these guys!! otherwise I am sure they are lovely.

I paid for next day delivery. I waited for a week and no delivery. Contacted them and said delivery would be 3 weeks after my order . They then said this was stated on my order confirmation which it wasn’t. I have requested a refund don’t deal with these people they are a dishonest set of crooks. I am not worried about getting my refund as I paid by PayPal. Or I will use the small claims court

Customer service is not responding to my contacts and posts my order one product at a time instead of shipping them as one. Even after i contacted them about it. I do not recommend using this site because of the lack of customer service and the terrible way of handling deliveries with no option on how its done.

I ordered FIFA 20 champions edition for my kids birthday. Money was taken from my account and days later I got email to state they can’t fulfill order. Disgustingly I’m still awaiting money to be returned. Requested their complaints department address as it’s first step of complaining to ombudsman but totally ignoring my emails. Basically stole my money and have not supplied the supposed product they had for sale

Pre-ordered The Outer Worlds at the start of the week, only got an email giving me delivery information yesterday which mentioned it would take 2-3 working days. Annoyingly, it didn't arrive today and so my evening that I had planned to spend just relaxing playing video games is now not as I was hoping it would be given my excited for this game. Price was good, but better communication needs to be present if a game won't be delivered in time for launch date.
