“We have been using TALOS for more than 2 years and it has transformed our recruitment processing. The system is easy to use, and speeds up response times, interview booking and many more routine tasks that previously relied on spreadsheets and memory. The customer service and care at TALOS is outstanding, their helpdesk responds very quickly, nothing is too much trouble, and their account manager is in regular and effective contact. For example, I mentioned that we needed to update our team hierarchy in TALOS as we have changed significantly in 2 years since set up. TALOS did this for us, speedily, ahead of agreed deadlines, and with regular checks and updates. I would have no hesitation in recommending TALOS 360 to any organisation looking to develop their ATS.”

“I came to the business 18 months ago and they were already using Talos 360. The system had been set up by a previous manager and was under-utilised, with the most basic setup possible. As the HR Team had been struggling it was fine for their usage but as a dedicated recruiter, it was not living up to my expectations. Clare from Customer Relations "the happiness manager" and Andrew our Account Manager arranged a Teams call to go through our planned Candidate journey. Having researched Talos before our meeting, I was aware that it had many options that were not yet activated on our account and many questions. Clare, Andrew and our dedicated technician Mitch were able to answer all of my questions, plan out a candidate journey and put my mind at ease. Mitch built 85% of the candidate journey as we were discussing it and was able to demonstrate how this would work. Over the next couple of weeks, he meticulously rewrote our ATS system, implementing the changes and updating templates. At each step, he made time to update me by Teams, providing guides, training and discussing the next steps. Andrew checked in periodically and Clare made sure to stay in touch via email to ensure everything was progressing as planned. Mitch and I were able to fully build out the system, adding the Agency portal, building a careers page, opening up the vacancy templates, and reconnecting job boards to work as we wanted. We set up a data capture form and started to work on other exciting features. Working with Talos to build out the system has made my life much easier. We continue to collaborate by introducing DocuSign and Check ID functionality to further streamline our onboarding process. All of those involved have been exceptional in their knowledge and understanding of what we want from the product, and the team excel at bringing in knowledge from within their team: when the initial implementation of DocuSign wasn't quite what I had in mind, a meeting was quickly arranged with Rob who is the specialist and all areas of concern were quickly rectified. I would recommend Talos as an Applicant Tracking System: the team have worked hard to bring our system up to spec, and we have seen an increase in hires as a result. As we continue to develop the system it will free up more time for us to work on other projects and increase the company profile.”

“I absolutely love using the Talos360 ATS system. It is by far the easiest but most effective ATS system I have used throughout my career in recruitment and have no one bad thing to say about it. The account manager George is great, his always helpful and responds to queries quickly. The Talos support guys are also great! I have never had anyone respond so quickly than them. Martin and his team are wonderful. We have only just recently signed them up as part of our agency and we have never received CV's so quickly. His team work hard and can tell they are dedicated but they are all so great. Thank you to each and every one of you. It has been great working alongside you all and I look forward to continuing working with you all.”

“I've only been with Talos for less than a year, however from the first day of contact, they have been responsive, and helpful! They made the implementation process a breeze using shared workings spaces to keep track of progress and information they required from us, ensuring there was no miscommunications, and every time I send a request for anything, I get prompt replies and quick actioning. Their help options are great too! The platform is super user-friendly, and I have used a few ATS platforms, and Talos 360 is by far my favourite one yet. “Having worked with Talos360 for over 3 years, I've always been very happy with their drive to continually develop the product offering, and the support functions working alongside this. The Support Teams are friendly, personable, and always ready to provide solutions... building strong customer relationships with myself and the wider team. Talos360 is an agile ATS provider and caters to our sometimes ambiguous requests. We are not a "typical" customer, having two pillars to our recruitment need that are supported by Talos360. The first is a regular / contingency recruitment process for our landside vacancies. The second is an international recruitment machine attracting global talent to join our shipboard retail teams, typically looking to hire about 50 people a week. We are reassured by Talos360 as they provide a solution that is tailored to both. I would recommend Talos360 to anyone considering changing their ATS.”
