304 Clothing was set up by three friends who went to University together In Liverpool UK.

After countless nights out they stumbled across the idea to start making hand made vests for their friends, while they lived in.... Apartment 304!

“Poor quality, fit not the same as the picture. Shiny marks under the hood and garment where it had been ironed. Took ages for refund after many emails. Wanted to charge me £2.99 restocking fee but they didn't after negotiation. Would not recommend”

As your item was returned without any faults being flagged, your return was processed as normal which is why the restocking fee was deducted. “So my mom bought me and my brother some clothing from 304 clothing for Christmas. 4 t-shirts, 2 jogginpants and 1 hoodie. the first problem was It came after christmas..... So after we finally got it we were thrilled to use it. The Design was sick, and the quality and fit seemed okay. The first day we were the clothing we were so happy for it, but then the poor quality started to show. After first wash the clothing looked like this... So now im afraid to use my expensive clothing, because i know, that if i wash it again the print will be totally gone..”

“Expect long delays for delivery and even lo ger delays for return processing. Quality is OK, but material is very thin. Not as thick and comfy as items look in the pictures. Some items ordered in same size come up in different shape too.”

“These t shirts jumpers and shorts that I've bought from 304 clothing are really comfortable and super stylish to wear. I highly recommend 304 clothing + go for the £100 build your own box with 6 things in it absolute bargain. I recommend the oversized Black hoodie brilliant.”

“I ordered two hoodies first time ordering from 304, because of the price i expected better quality. The fit and how they look on the website looked completely different. There were shiny marks on both hoodies where they had been pressed all over especially under the hood. I sent them back only to be told that a restocking fee would be deducted £2.99 off each item as they were ordered separately. The answer I recieved from Bulut at customer services was that its stated on the website. Check the small print way down the returns policy. If they had been better quality I wouldn't have needed to return them. Never heard of restocking fee ever ordering online. Very disappointing. Cost of living crisis, I've lost nearly £6 for items they could resell as they have their stock back”

“Hoodie that took a while to arrive, arrived with grease stains on the front. Got offered a partial refund or a discount on another but I had to return the top first. Finally received my refund and then the top had sold out. Rubbish customer service, they should have replaced the top straight away! This is the second time this has happened too. Won’t be ordering from 304 again.”
