“I was really dissapointed with my order Colours were awfully bad luck of the draw. Size was issue to In all honesty i would have returned it ages ago. Its still in the parcel packaged. I suffer with ADHD and unfortunately sending things back is one of my many 'talents' hence. Its still sat in my kitchen pantry. I do love pieces ive seen modeled”

“Order was lost in transit. Grateful that customer care followed up with me to let me know but have been waiting a month for my order.”

“Your material isnt the best as I’ve had to buy a pair of tracksuit bottoms twice as one ripped way to easily and I think your tracksuit clothing is only a reasonable price when on sale as for t-shirt and shorts I don’t know as I’ve not bought any”

“They’re alright. Clothes aren’t anything special. Expensive for something which is slightly better whilst than say ASOS. Wouldn’t purchase anything else.”

“So I decided to purchased a mystery box based on what I had seen. Was told I’d get a hoodie a t shirt and shorts. On arrival the hoodie looked decent and a good fit but the Shorts for a large were way too tight. What I thought was a t shirt was what I can only describe as what looked like a long sleeved pyjama top. Completely oversized and a poor fit. The string from the hoodie has since fallen out in the wash. I think it’s safe to say that this is a learning curve from me and I won’t be ordering from 304 clothing again”

“First order received quickly, great product - would recommend, however with my second order, despite several messages to customer services about when or if it will be delivered, no response. Fired off an email to CEO. Awaiting response, otherwise will have to contact my bank for a payment refund.”

“Very very basic designs, some of them were just a sticker printed on a sweatpants. There wasn’t anything special, or designs seen on the website, probably they just reused the stuff they didn’t sell. The sizing was all over the place, one sweater was oversized, the next one was like 2 sizes below the ordered. Also some of the designs where so awfully ugly that there is no way I’ll ever use it. The stitching was also really weird on the shoulders and lenght. Customer service was great tho.”

“I like the look of all clothes but they were poor quality. Stitching on one T-shirt made the top of the sleeves stick up almost looking like old shoulder pads. Sizes were inconsistent. You should allow a variation in sizes for this reason on surprise boxes.”

“I really like the look of all of the 304 clothing. Range however some of the items I have received have been poorly made. I order a pair of joggers and with 2/3 weeks loads of small holes appeared in the crotch area. A hoodie I ordered also became damaged very quickly as there was a large print on the back of it which stated to peel off after only being worn a few times. Postage was also very slow but I’m not sure if that was related to Covid-19 as I’m aware a lot of companies where experiencing this. Overall nice looking stuff just seems to be made cheaply from my experience.”
