“Richard and Tracy were very friendly and professional in the selling of our property. They kept us informed along the way, updating us with how the sale was progressing. We were happy with the sale price achieved and they both worked hard to take the stresses and strains away from us, always answering our queries as soon as possible, if not immediately. I would use 247 Property Agent again to both buy and sell any properties I had and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family. Thank you Richard and Tracy.”

“We dealt with Richard and Tracey the second half of 2017 and our experience was exactly what we wanted. Richard & Tracey were reliable, professional, in constant contact with us and so friendly. It made the whole experience positive and a whole lot let stressful than it could of been considering I was heavily pregnant. “We recently purchased a property from 247 Property agents and were amazed by the quality of service provided to us. Both Richard and Tracey are extremely professional and at the same time very warm and honest. They addressed our requests for multiple visits to the property before buying and had a quick turnaround for our queries with the owner during the purchase process. They also made the purchase process very quick and smooth by constantly keeping us updated of the progress of the chain and reminding us of next steps. I would certainly recommend them for any purchases or sale of the property. Thank you 247 Team for getting us our dream house !”

“Excellent from start to finish Absolutely first class, Richard our agent guided us through our 1st move in 28 yrs with care and made it seem stress free. The 247 small team were amazing and always there 7 days a week and you always got to talk to the same people who knew about you and your move. Such a personal service is given !!! Richard knows his job extremely well and this showed by selling our house in a short time where another estate agent could not achieve last year. We got the house we wanted, we got the price for ours we wanted. Cannot fault the dedicated service we got. And no huge commission at the end that was a bonus we loved !! If you want a first class service to sell your home you have to choose 247 property agent. Just give a call and you wont need to call another estate i guarantee !!!”

“After being initially dubious of the new type of estate agent and the service we would receive I'm glad I was led by my husband to use 247 Property. I am pleased to write this review if it will help the business as it is very much deserved. Richard and Tracey were friendly, professional, helpful and provided advice that was invaluable to the whole process of selling our property. we have already recommended the company to those looking to sell in the area and we will happily continue to do so in the future. “They didn't keep up to date with the progress of the sale of my house, resulting in a disatrous completion which didn't happen on the day it should have and a lot more costs were involved”

“247 Property Agent has been expectional. We have had a few bumps down the road, some small and some big but they sort them all with expertise and creativity. An agent who is available 24/7 makes a massive difference and the process much more efficient. Previously, we had hired a well known estate agent that we let go at the end of the first three months of the contract after they told us that 9:00am viewings on Saturday were inconvenient for them despite the request from potential buyers so we will have to do them ourselves. We highly recommend 247 Property Agent, there were no unpleasant surprises, no hidden cost, quite the contrary we had a few laughs and enjoyed the bitting war. Thank you, Richard & Tracey, and Lisa.”

“Richard and Tracey were both very helpful from start to finish throughout the process of us selling and buying. We faced a few challenges, however gained the support from them both to overcome them, they were extremely professional and were updating us with the progress and were always at the end of the phone when we needed them! “We are really pleased with 24/7 and would strongly recommend them to anyone. Having used two other so called leading High Street agents unsuccessfully first, it probably made selling our home more of a challenge. However Richard and Tracey worked very hard and were so professional througout the whole process. Highly recommended!!”

“Wonderful. Please take it from me, just use 247 Property Agents, they really are that good. You cannot beat the personal touch they provide, over the lack of such you get from the larger High Street agencies like the one I tried, Curchods, where you always speak to someone different and they obviously don’t care how they achieve their monthly targets. Richard and Tracey really care about their customers and the services they provide too. All the success they are having with their business is no fluke!”
