“I was pleasantly surprised by this company. The booking was easy to make, the payment as well, the instructions were clear and the driver was in time, and more than that, he called me to inform that he's ready to pick me up. The service was professional indeed, and the man knew the city very well, and even told me something about some places. If I come back to London, I would surely opt for this company again.”

Dear Abdulrahman, we are very sorry to hear of this, however, we cannot understand the reason why you made this note since the transfer was completed in due time, with no delays. Having looked in the driver's GPS history logs, this was successfully completed as per booked: Jan 4, 2020 | 14:20 Heathrow Terminal 4 - Meeting to London W1J 7QY, United Kingdom The driver met you at 14:15, within the pick-up time, you have asked for 60 minutes after landing. The driver we sent is a respected company driver, has worked with us for years and we trust him to deliver a quality service to you. We respect our customers and their comments, as everyone is entitled to a complaint or have a negative opinion, however in these given circumstances, we cannot understand what went wrong. For any further comments, we would much appreciate it if you could contact our customer support team, they will happily assist you with it.

“Showed up on time and exactly were they told us to meet them. Heathrow is a huge airport and we found the driver very quickly. Beautiful brand new Mercedes picked us up. The lady that drove was very nice. The pick up for they way back was excellent as well. Great guy. Overall I would use Airport transfer again. Great car service.”

“After a long flight from the US, we were picked up quickly and off to our destination in Dover. The ride was comfortable, the driver asked if we wanted to stop for a break (which we didn’t need but appreciated the offer) and we got to our destination in very good time. My family and I felt taken care of and we would use this service again.”
