We ran into a situation where the vehicle sent was not large enough for our baggage. Regardless of fault, the customer rep called me and scolded me while we were actively standing outside trying to fit ourselves in. He could have tried to help me resolve the issue in a polite manner but chose not to. I was already stressed out because we had an international flight to catch and did not appreciate being yelled at. I have never been treated that way before. It left me feeling embarrassed and angry. I kept quiet because I just needed to get to the airport. Our driver was ok. He helped find an option for us. It wasn’t his fault but he also spoke to us in a rude tone. Overall, will not use this company again.

Our commitment is to consistently meet and exceed our customers' expectations, but unfortunately, there are situations when we fail to do so. After reviewing your bookings, we noticed that on your initial trip, you booked an MPV car, and the assigned driver had a bigger car type, an 8-seater cab. Please note that drivers are assigned based on availability and the specified car type. For your return journey ( booked for the same MPV car type ), the assigned driver had the MPV car. However, we understand there were challenges in accommodating all your luggage in the car trunk. It's important to mention that in compliance with TFL regulations (the jurisdiction we operate under in the UK), minicab drivers are prohibited from carrying bags inside the car; all luggage must fit in the car's boot. We apologize if this information was not communicated effectively by our operator on duty, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the lapse in service. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously, and we will address this matter with the concerned operator to prevent such occurrences in the future. As you have been using our services in the past, you know that such situations are exceptions, and we are dedicated to providing punctual and exceptional service. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again during your next visit to London. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your understanding.

Driver waited 30 minutes exactly for me in airport. I called his phone after walking around for 5 minutes looking for him. Called his phone 35 minutes after the pick up time. He had already cancelled the trip. He must have still been in the airport!! They refused to refund me. So they took my money for no service. Had to take a train
