“We had 19 passengers with two cabin bags each. They sent us a 19 seater bus with no boot and an overhead shelf so narrow that even a small rucksack would not fit. Despite the driver contacted the office and explaining this they still blamed our group. We had to leave for passengers behind to get a taxi visiting us an extra £75 which 247 airport taxis would not repay. They say we had checked luggage. We did not. We had cabin bags as per EasyJet guidelines which is the exact size specified by 247. Absolute assholes. Do not book this company. They are gaslighters and completely inept. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

Dear Paula, thank you for expressing your feedback. We apologize for your poor experience and understand it may be frustrating not meeting the level of your expectation. We assure you that this was handled in a serious manner and we have to respect certain organizational policies and regulations. All internal checks were done before answering your complaint. Our customer team supervisor explained to you the actions that led to this decision. When quoting and confirming a booking, we always confirm the number of passengers and pieces of luggage in order to ensure that the correct type of vehicle is sent. We also confirm the capacity of the quoted vehicle type, beforehand. Since the group had more luggage than originally confirmed and this information was not forwarded to us, unfortunately, the total luggage amount of the group did not fit the vehicle. We do apologize for this whole situation, it was not our intent for it to happen. Please receive once again our apologies. Hoping for the best!

“Most the time the service has been good & prompt. I had one bad occasion where the drivers kept cancelling on me so I had to take an Uber to the airport and nearly missed my flight. Also sometimes its not clear whether driver pays for parking at airport and not. Once a driver made me pay for it, and I wasn't meant to...”

“We had a wonderful experience in September when we visited London. We booked the service for a 4hours tour London. The driver was pleasant to speak with, and he helped us with the itinerary. “Great company! The driver met us at Costa Coffee. We had his number and kept in touch. Although we lost one of our luggage and we were delayed, he patiently waited for us. Really happy with their services!”

“Despite agreeing to push back the hire car pick-up time the day before, the driver turned up 30 minutes late at the agreed time on the day. Moreover, he did not call me when he arrived and I spoke to him who was on the phone with someone.”

We apologize for your poor experience and understand it may be frustrating not meeting the level of your expectation. We can understand how this situation has made you question the trust you have in us, and for that we are sorry. Delays at airports are outside of our reasonable control however we do try to ensure that drivers are dispatched and arrive at collection points according to passenger instructions. Having looked into this query, I can see that you have selected 40 minutes after landing. The driver was dispatched to this job in accordance with your request and the driver was additionally delayed by his previous customers and made this pick up with a lateness for which we sincerely apologize. We try our level best to provide the best service to anyone and everyone but sometimes we fail as any other business and it's because we deal with humans and unpredictable situations appear every day. We thank you for giving us the opportunity of serving you as our customer and we do hope we will have the chance in the future as well.

“The driver was on time, kindly offerd to help with the luggage, and also choose an alternative way to avoid the traffic (there was a train strike affecting the streets). He was also very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this service, particularly with that specific driver.”
