“As i was new to booking on line and being picked up from Airport a few things i would like to mention. the driver did wait at the right Terminal after i was realised i had given the wrong one on booking.. Thank you for that. i wasn't sure how the system worked. you obviously look at the flight info. but ... the driver had our named sign of who he was to pick up showing the wrong way round !!!! we waited there for quite a while unaware that he was there for us.. the 24/7 sign wasn't clear enough to see through the crowds.we phoned him and it was sorted out. he was very grumpy and rushed us to the car, almost losing us when he got into the lift without us. felt like being herded like sheep. we lost him in the crowds a couple of times as we had the trolleys and suitcases too, no help given trying to get through people. the drive was quick and efficient. paying cash was a great deal easier for us to pay with as well. really liked that option.”

“The Driver that took my family and myself to Gatwick was a wonderful man, he helped put all 7 suitcases in the car, the car was clean and lovely, all of our needs were met, we asked for a child seat, everything was in place. Great company, very professional, with contact via email and mobile calls, we were met on return at Gatwick by a driver with our name on a placard. I would recommend 247 to all of my friends and family.”

“I've used 247 a few times now to take and bring home from the airport. I never have to worry. Always arrive early, never been let down, cars are pristine and drivers very professional. And the price is the same if not cheaper than parking so we don't have to worry about parking the car. Great service and value all round.”

“Flight was delayed & car was late but I was rung immediately on arrival with apologies & an offer of a car from another company or the option to wait with an offer of a coffee while waiting. Wanted 247 so waited. Driver George was extremely friendly, helpful & professional immediately taking our luggage. Car was very clean & comfortable & George offered us water, lollipops (for our 9 year old!) & free wi-Fi. Weather was terrible & journey took forever - think the Sat Nav didn't always offer the best options & a black cab driver would have known quicker routes but George went out of his way to offer a great service at the end of a really long shift. Have always had an excellent service & very professional drivers with 247.”

“The young Hungarian chauffeur was very professional, polite, smiley and very nice with my children. He offered us still and sparkling, chocolate for the children. My son, aged 8, said that he felt it was a "business" service :-) We had a very pleasant journey back home, thanks to our chauffeur. We will definitively continue working with you...”

“I was a little apprehensive about booking online. But i did read reviews before and they were mostly positive. We had 2 brilliant drivers (drive to gatwick and drive home) both were very helpful and polite and both on time. Would highly recommend and will be using again im sure!”

“We had transfers booked to and from Gatwick for 6 adults with 6 cases, hand luggage and 1 wheelchair. On both journeys our booking was confirmed in advance. Both drivers were polite and courteous. The overall cost was also very competitive meaning we wouldn't hesitate to book again when we next travel.”

“Drivers courteous and efficient with good vehicles. Office and despatch service wanting. Drivers directed to wrong addresses, could not pay on line with a Lumia mobile, only computer which I did not have with me, Only used three times and drivers rescued office stuff-ups each time by contacting me on mobile. I will use again, but despatch needs a shake up otherwise will not, and advise others against.”

“Pick up LATE - I have been using 247 past 3-4years for transfers but recently service has been really not on time. Most recent pickup was 30min late! When I complained previously, I was told that this will be improved. Doesn't seem to be the case. If flight has been delayed, 247 drivers make a big fuss and want to charge extra (but when they are late, nothing seems to be done) Considering other companies out there..”

Dear Adrian, We would like to present our many and sincere apologies for the unpleasant event and for the inconvenience caused on 20th of July. We have new drivers working with our company and it is a very unpleasant surprise to find out what happened. We do understand your frustration in regards to this matter and we agree something like this is unacceptable. During the summer the volume of work is much higher so we employee new staff and drivers so we can cover all the customers requests. However from time to time unforeseen events appear, events that we cannot avoid from the office and we can be informed only in such circumstances.
