“1st Choice Spares offered a good Service but their Supplier, the Onesgroup were dreadful, I paid them for an Alternator and they kept on promising delivery and after 14 days, I;ve not received it & I've asked for a refund, which not surprisingly I've not yet received.”

“Contacted 1st Choice Spares who were very helpful and asnswered my questions in a manner that was easy to follow.
The part arrived as per delivery dates. The part, although used as 1st Choice make you aware before purchase was in very good condition and was fitted to my vehicle within the same day.
Excellent service and would definitely recommend.”
“Easy to Deal with! Adam was very patient and helpful, after a few questions I placed a request. One of the items was washed before dispatch (the othe did not need it) Both items arrived looks almost like new.

“Motor Spares Ltd. Two electronic power steering racks for Mazda 6. Both defective as clarified by garage. Contacted Motor Spares by phone , e mail and text but no reply following second decective part. No one to pick this steering rack and no refund. No nothing. £270 for a pile of junk.”
