“We are very satisfied with our Kingsley 28mm log cabin from 1click. The quality of the cabin is excellent and assembly was straightforward with 1-2 people. Simon provided great support from the outset helping to clarify the relatively simple build instructions and to offer advice. Because our cabin was delivered over the winter we treated the timbers with preservative and varnish before assembly so that there was no urgency to protect our cabin after construction. We encountered a small snag during the build and Simon was outstanding in sorting our issue. We would have no hesitation in recommending 1click”

“Cabin delivered exactly to pre-arranged delivery date/time. Delivery team very friendly, efficient and even although they were not building the cabin they were very helpful in explaining things and giving tips and guidance to the joiners. Cabin was very straightforward to assemble and completed in 8 hrs by a team who were assembling such a structure for the first time. Cabin quality is first class and surpasses expectation. “I purchased the Ashbourne 12 x 8 which was the ideal size for our needs, it was delivered before the predicted time with all parts decanted and positioned by the driver ready for assembly. The fitter arrived soon after and after a small issue with the level of the base (which was my fault) it went together like a dream. “I chose the Lulworth 44mm Log Cabin with optional double-glazing. A straightforward build once you have a level & firm base. There were the odd warped /split floor/roof boards but extra boards were supplied to compensate. The build was easy, however the instruction sheet didn't mention the support pillar, albeit a straightforward install. Instructions were easy to follow, however, they were generic with a single sheet of diagrams for the Lulworth added. The wood comes untreated, so preserving the cabin on completion is a must before a weatherproofing top coat is applied. I have added a picture of my almost completed log cabin, with a second coat of weatherproofing and electrics still to do. I am very happy with this log cabin and will definitely recommend 1clicklogcabins to all my buddies.”

“The ordering was very good - Simon was very positive and helpful. However we did stipulate on the order that we needed delivery within a 4 week period. This was not met. We were promised that delivery would be in the fifth week, but were then informed that it would be in week 6. We explained the reason for urgency, no action was taken to help. I wrote a letter to the managing director, but received no response. Not Good Enough!”
