“A long wait, but most certainly worth waiting for - indeed, it isn't a Walmart :-)) From my perspective, stay small and special, even if things don't go as fast as one would wish for. It's a special piece of art which I would hate to see at Amazon.......”

“The 5 month later no response... I ordered (ORD.NO.:#2237) on 09. February and got the Sculpture by 12. of April. The sculpture arrived with a broken glass dome due to poor packaging (as described below), which many people have reported on Kickstarter page and elsewhere. I sent pictures describing the issue and was offered a replacement, which appears to have been sent to a false address, hence returned to sender. I asked to send it again to the correct address and have not heard anything for a month now again. Now I have a feeling that I wont get my replacement anymore! Also I want to mention my experience communicating with sales@beuplifted.co.uk --- they have not gotten back to me once, only confirmation of purchase and shipment. Communication only went through Tom Lawton directly, maybe it's a one-man show there. Tom seems to be a nice person, only maybe overwhelmed... Maybe its the strong demand combined with poorly orgaized processes that lead to the quality and packaging issues. These seem to be the main topics of complaints on Kickstarter and elsewhere Its a nice product...I guess... but the execution remains to be Uplifted. 260 GBP for: A destroyed sculpture on delivery due to: poor packaging and hence snapping of magnets which destroyed the glas dome will be 6 months of emailing mainly of waiting for responses from a non-existing sales team”

“Got the Uplift and was very exited, the fine tuning is good and it's running nice. However the dome arrived cracked and there where some more blemishes. Got in touch and was promised a new dome. Since then 2 weeks have passed and I havent gotten any response regarding a new dome. Nice product but I have a real gripe with service.”

“Buying easy Reporting a faulty product impossible to get any response I have now returned the faulty uplift sent recorded delivery last week-still no response from you What do I need to do to get you to help me? I have bought 4 from you but would like to get the faulty one repaired/replaced”
