“Got the Uplift and was very exited, the fine tuning is good and it's running nice. However the dome arrived cracked and there where some more blemishes. Got in touch and was promised a new dome. Since then 2 weeks have passed and I havent gotten any response regarding a new dome. Nice product but I have a real gripe with service.”

Reporting a faulty product impossible to get any response
I have now returned the faulty uplift sent recorded delivery last week-still no response from you
What do I need to do to get you to help me?

“Sent for the product, then had to send several emails to find out when it would arrive as recieved no communication whatsoever. Product arrived but didn't work as it should. Got in touch with Tom, after finding out the solution he came up with didn't work Tom said he would send a replacement as soon as the other was sent back, he also said he would pay for return postage. This was several weeks ago!!
After several more emails from me, which haven't been answered I now find myself hugely out of pocket and absolutely nothing to show for. The excitement and novelty of having this product has completely been spoilt. I will now accept nothing more than a full refund of the product and the cost of return postage for the one sent back. .
Hugely disappointed and it certainly hasn't been uplifting for me.
