“Jefferies Do not respond to queries or emails. I am about to have the 3rd solicitor dealing with my claim, So will have to go through all the history with them as they have not been invested in my case from the beginning. Also probably because it’s relatively small value, not a massive negligence claim. I wish I had some other firm. Don’t go through ‘injury lawyers for you’. My medical treatment finished last spring. They didn’t jump to arrange a specialist appointment. I have been left to chase them.”

“I am delighted that appointing Jeffries Solicitors proved a winning decision in my personal injury claim. Despite having strong grounds to bring the case outside of a personal injury solicitor, I decided that Jeffries was the right firm for my case. They were thorough throughout, providing regular updates and contact. They were always polite, courteous, and professional and I highly recommend them if you have case and claim to bring. For me this was never about the money, it was about HMPS taking ownership and accountability for appalling health and safety, lack of supervision and unsafe systems of working.”
