“This was a gift for friends so it was delivered directly to them in Cornwall. As far as I know everything was fine with the delivery. I myself was informed that it had arrived. The ordering process was fine and Inwould usev123 Hampers again.”

“Recently had an issue with one of my xmas hamper orders that had unfortunately too many items substituted. Understandably this was due to the order being last minute and some items now being out of stock; however I felt that the number of substitutes changed the overall hamper type. Jamie resolved the issue promptly by replacing the whole hamper for free (albeit now after xmas). Recipient of the gift hamper was happy, I was happy. Great value hampers and prompt customer service. Thanks, will definitely continue purchasing.”
