“Landlords beware of this Company. Andrew Reeves countrywide. The Beckenham Branch Letting staff Millie Bowley and Feyi are incompetent and dishonest. They set me up. They put a tenant- Mr Daniel MItchell with fake employment references in my property, gave him all existing sets of entrance keys to my property so I don’t have access and then quite literally put up barriers all over the place. They’ve ignored my correspondence, covered for one another. Their appeals process is non existent. All departments in Countrywide are unhelpful as is the regional manager James Arnold. Im owed the rent stipulated in the signed agreement. The only way forward now is to commence eviction proceedings.”

“Excellent, best Estate Agents by a mile. We were looking intensively for a while, of all the estate agents in the Greenwich and Lewisham area 123 had the best customer service, super high responsiveness, clear communication and overall good people. Very Grateful”

“I have been extremely happy with the very professional and friendly service offered by Richard and the team at 123 Estate Agency. Within the last year I’ve started to use their letting services for our small portfolio of properties and Richard was very approachable and knowledgeable about the letting market. As a busy professional couple with a young family we wanted to hand our properties over to an agent to fully manage them for us, and so far we are very pleased with the services offered. We would highly recommend them to any prospective Landlords.”

“We have let our flat through 123 Estate Agents, and they have been very professional and helpful throughout. The arrangement of taking 3D video and photos of the flat and subsequent viewing visits were managed well. Since it was our first let, their advice around references and choice of tenant was helpful. They are to contact and responses are quick. Would definitely recommend their services.”

“123 and Allan had to work hard to sell our flat in a tricky COVID market. They communicated with us regularly and went above and beyond to get it sold. They had a lot of to and fro between us and the buyers but dealt with it professionally but with some personality as well. We are really pleased with the results and felt the sale regarding 123 couldn’t have gone better. Cheers guys!”
