“Have being trying to get a returns docket that was on Monday and again yesterday never buying from them again Would not recommend them to anyone”

“I ordered two tops one fit the other didn't not only do they got give a return address without making it difficult I had to download the address and go to the library to print it to them find though it says free returns to some EU countries It's only Spain and Germany I would never have ordered it I know I had to pay to send back. I have bought from shops and always the youth size fits but this top is made smaller 😡”

“Al geruime tijd bestel ik bij 11Degrees. Nooit heb ik daarbij "problemen" gehad met het retourneren van producten. Tot kort geleden. Het retourformulier werkte tot 2x toe niet en na het terugsturen van 4 items moest ik constateren dat het teruggestorte bedrag onjuist was (niet de optelsom van de 4 producten). Bij navraag waarom dit was bleek 11Degrees bij de inname van een van de producten geconstateerd te hebben dat er een vlekje op een van de joggers zat en het kaartje los zat. De jogger was bij mij veel te klein: het kaartje zat al los bij levering en dat vlekje heb ik er niet op gemaakt, aangezien ik het gepast en hem direct terug in de folie had gedaan. Daarnaast is het mij niet eens opgevallen dat er een vlekje op zat. Ik ga er van uit dat 11Degrees het eerder retour gestuurd heeft gekregen. Nu kost het mij 50 euro en blijft 11Degrees verwijzen naar de voorwaarden. Voorgesteld om telefonisch contact met elkaar te hebben, maar dat heeft 11Degrees geweigerd. Ik bestel voortaan mijn joggers wel van een ander merk en probeer mijn geld nu terug te krijgen via mijn creditcard maatschappij. Service bij 11Degrees is ronduit slecht en ik zou iedereen afraden hier te bestellen.”

“I would give zero if I could shocking customer service half the items missing and only way to contact is email with days wait for a response! The items missing are for my ADHD son for Christmas!!”

“Don't be fooled by 11 degrees $20 off over 100 purchase. That is you only get $20 off per order. Tried to buy bulk order for Christmas for my friends, they did not honor their email save20 discount and does it explain you only get $20 over. Its misleading to consumers and they won't get my business again.”

“Had to leave 1 star as I couldn't leave lower. Purchased from 11 degrees previously and happy with the t-shirts. So I purchased a bulk order as I am due to go on holiday shortly. This time I ordered multiple t-shirts and some jogging pants. The t-shirts we again fine, but the joggers horrendous. I ordered an xl as I'm 6ft 4. The description read these would be fine......how wrong was I! They are so ill fitting. They were skin tight and came half way down my shin. I returned them back for a refund. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing so I emailed them. The shocking customer service I received must of been typed by an infant. In basic terms they told me because I had used a discount code for spending over £100 and I had returned an item that was at £29 in the sale I wasn't getting a penny back as the code was now invalid so all the t-shirts would now be charged at full cost. I explained this was not made clear and could I instead swap the joggers for another shirt which I would of happily paid postage for. I was still told no and that was the case closed. I still have not received a penny refund or even a reply to my last email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are companies out there grateful for custom. I will ensure I leave this review everywhere possible and I will inform everyone how shocking 11 degrees are!”

“Bought an 11 degrees hoodie from Very and it was faulty. Very were excellent and refunded the defective item. Unfortunately they couldn't replace it, so I had to go direct to 11 degrees. The same item had the same defect. I returned it but they charged me £5 to do so. How does that work?”
