“I am absolutely gutted ordered a bracelet which was in stock ready for my mum's 60th. Item didn't come then received a email saying will be refunded as item isn't in stock. Haven't received the refund and now I have no money to get a present for my mum's 60th this weekend. No replies from emails and No one is answering the telephone I feel like I have been completely conned out of my money and will be taking this to watchdog if I don't get a response as judging by all the reviews this seems to be reaccuring .”

“I ordered and paid for the item via PayPal. (£52.50). AFTER paying a message appeared NOT IN STOCK. I emailed them and I was then assured this was dispatched to me on 8th December. It’s never arrived and they blamed the Royal Mail. I asked numerous times for a tracking number..with no response at all. They then said they’d refunded my payment.........I’m STILL waiting for my refund!!!!! What a way to run a business”
