Zoom Display's service is very good. I have ordered a number of times and at times with short turnaround times and the production team have been able to complete the job. The courier service, GEM, are also very reliable when shipping goods to Gibraltar. However, on the most recent job for some T3 panels we weren't happy the finished product. Even though our T3 stand was level, a number of panels didn't fit correctly and also didn't snap into place when placed against the magnets. Also, on a couple of panels the edges were slightly damaged. Saying that, this matter was brought to Glenn's attention and he did offer to flight his team to Gibraltar to looking into the problem. I didn't take him up on this offer as felt it wasn't necessary to do this. All-in-all Zoom Display do provide excellent customer service and I will continue to use your service.
