The treasure hunt was a good event - good equipment and fun clues. However, some of the clues were out of date (eg the library which is being refurbished) and I think there could be more made of the feedback when all the teams come back together. It was just - describe your photos and this is the winner - needs more energy and personality to make it much more of a fun ceremony. You could eg. tell people that someone from their team needs to come to the front to describe their photos - what was their funniest moment as a team. Also when you showed the photos they were really small and some which looked good on the laptop did not show well on the screen - something that your person himself stated. A good event - but could be much better.
