Sent 2 trades to ziffit, both were delivered 8/17 @6:33pm per fed ex tracking. The ID: US_64754. I received an email stating to send my trade on 8/27, 10 days after they’ve already received the shipment. On 8/29 I received another email that they are checking my items. But only for 1 shipment that I did receive payment for on 9/4. Sent FedEx tracking numbers to them for outstanding trade payment. Still no word. I understand Covid could impact processing times, but better and more responsive communication has to be given to customers to keep them informed on the status of their trades when they are issues.
