I find the Zeez very helpful. I used to suffer from bad anxiety at night and couldn't switch off with negative thoughts racing, but all that has thankfully stopped. It is working well for me and I feel better about it.
I'm a gadget person. I meditate and use a Muse, an app on a headband, to monitor my sleep.
