The report was carried out, however there was some confusion with regards to the address to be surveyed. This was admittedly not helped by the fact that the same Estate Agents was responsible for the sale of 2 properties which are side by side.
Although I did correct the address that was originally proposed by Your Survey, the surveyor still ended up going to the property next door. Luckily, the vendor for the property we are purchasing was in at the time and was able to redirect the surveyor accordingly.
