Used this company for a RICS homebuyers report and the surveyor Steve Purcell omitted to pick up on a leaking garage roof which will cost me £2200 to repair. His response to my complaint was delayed despite repeated chasers and now have to escalate via an ombudsman. I strongly recommend to anybody to avoid using this unprofessional and negligent survey company.
