I absolutely love the clothes! But to be honest iv been super disappointed recently, there has been a few times now were i think the customer service is poor. Items always say in stock but there not there on pre order, Very frustrating when there is a count down for weeks advertising for new stock, then you see its pre order anyway! So weeks more waiting feels greedy why not just sell items when you actually have them! Really puts me off ordering. I have Ordered clothes that say in stock 48-72 delivery, then days pass with no tracking info so you need to chase them to post. Commented and emailed in the past and no reply a few times too.
